While Ultima has the potential to become stronger, its possible that he sends avatars into Earth because (for an unknown reason) he's unable to bring his true form into our dimension. So yes while true form Ultima insta wins, his avatars are significantly weaker than Goji Earth.
It's mentioned in the animation that his true form is a being of a superior dimension. He can't bring hits true form in to our dimension because it's simply incompatible. It would be like trying to install Windows 11 on an old Windows 95 computer. It just doesn't work.
Ultima was an eldritch horror version of Godzilla. It's true form was a black hole that could swallow the entire universe. How crazy was that?

Aquatilis emerges in another 50 years and it's on sight.

The only reason why Void Ghidorah lost was because he lost his connection to Metphies aka the guy who's Ghidorah's vessal and allows Ghidorah to have contact with the planet it's attacking and since that connection broke... He would be a lesser threat since he cannot fully manifest himself, Godzilla Earth only won because of Human intervention...
So Godzilla cannot really handle a higher dimensional being since before the connection broke, he was just losing... (PS: I hate the anime for that fight btw)

What you are fundamentally wrong is that Ghidorah was only defeated because he was weakened. And Ultima is just an Avatar of "IT". And "IT" hasn't been defeated. As seen in the novel, Ultima's atomic breath is said to cut through causality and time and space. Ultima definitely wins.

One of the things you neglected to point out is that Godzilla Earth needed human's help with Ghidorah since it was with the human's help that he was able to even hurt Ghidorah in the first place.
Yea Godzilla would've died had it not been for human interference so he did not jjst beat Ghidorah on his own, thus this proves that Godzilla Earth cannot beat dimensional entities so easily

Have you seen the 2007 American-South Korean movie D-War? The movie isn't exactly great, but the monsters are cool and the CGI is decent. You could do some fight breakdowns for Buraki (D-War) VS Warbat (Monsterverse) (both are giant cobras), Buraki (D-War) VS Fire-breathing cobras (Gods of Egypt) (ditto), or even Celestial Dragon (D-War) VS Godzilla (Monsterverse).

Earth loses. He can't bring down Ultima for good while Ultima will keep coming back and evolving until it kills Earth.
Just remember that in Planet Eater it was the humans that stopped Void Ghidorah, and the same happened in SP, the humans defeated Ultima.
Earth grows and evolves continuously, Ultima has to go back to square one each time.
He'll literally be crushed like an insect each time, because GE isn't going to wait for him to reach his final form.
Ok, so, Earth can't completelly destroy SP's avatar and everytime it reforms it'll get stronger. It'll come back to it's first form but to Ultima form or a more evolved form.
And yes, Earth can GROW but we can't say it evolves as we didn't see it happening. And it took millions of years for Earth to get that big while for SP to reach it's Ultima form took hours.
Not mentioning what effects the Archetype, the Red Dust, could have on Earth. It could poison him, distort his perception, distort the tragectory of his attacks, send them to another time or dimension, send Earth to another dimension! Unlike Void Ghidorah, SP Goji just need the Red Dust to manifest on another dimension and so far the only thing capable of completelly eliminate the Red Dust was the Orthogonal Diagonalizer, that was a complicated apparatus made by the humans who were studying the Red Dust for years.
No, unless Earth had some kind of ability to neutralize the Red Dust then SP would keep getting stronger and stronger.

Difference between Ultima and Ghidorah. One is a creature of biology that can be physically injured without having to break its tether to our reality, and the other, would have eaten the entire solar system had his summoning happened properly.

Nuclear missiles only really empower them because it is basically their power source. Godzilla earth may be built different than that, but in general, nuclear armaments don't do anything to any of them.

A 3rd dimensional God is always going to be stronger than a 4th dimensional being if they're fighting in the third dimension where the 4th dimensional being can't freely step into, and considering how Godzilla Earth progresses, it will reach a point where it becomes its own universe in a way, either that or it becomes earth itself
The 13 dimensional statement isn't really 13D. It's the archetype that went through 13 phases and doesn't mean it's 13D. It is similar to how a butterfly goes through phases. In reality, just by scaling TF Ultima statements, he'd be 5D.

I think it needs to be clarified that while Anime Ghidorah is also a higher dimensional life-form like Ultima, Ghidorah is only 4 dimensional, whereas the Singular Point novelization clarifies that Ultima is of the 13th dimension

If i remember the series properly the only thing that can hurt ultima is the red dust. Everything else just doesn't. Also ultima's goal is to fully emerge, its true form being larger than earth so no g-earth cant even hurt him.
Godzilla earth doing anything to ultimas avatar would do nothing to effect its true form's expansion into earth's universe, which would quickly end up destroying the universe as Earth has no means of interacting with the Archetypes and preventing the Catastrophe. Ultimately, it wouldn't even be a fight, it would be Earth quickly dispersing ultimas avatar and subsequently allowing the universe to be destroyed, because Earth has no means of interacting with Ultima. Ultima was stopped by Jet Jaguar's pilot activating code specifically crafted to interact with the archetype, there really isn't any reason to think that brute force would cause the same effect. Granted, SP is barely comprehensible to be completely honest, so if the orthogonal diagonalizer was not some like, archetype specific maguffin as it was described iirc, then ig earth just sneezing the avatar away would be enough to spare his universe, which is nice at least.
Novel Ultima is even more ridiculous, as you mentioned with the comparison to "It", it may as well be a fucking stephen king elder god like "IT", considering all of reality is nothing but a dream within dreams to it, and they even stated anything trying to effect it within reality may as well be like the SP characters trying to interact with the viewers watching TV.
It's pretty interesting to me with the dream allegory, it makes me wonder, does "It" simply lie dreaming, and is so passive that it does not persist against universes that can destroy it's avatar, just as we don't think to "continue" dreams we have usually? Any universes that his avatar isnt dispersed in simply cease to exist, but "it" probably couldn't possibly care less what the outcome is, and I think that's a very cool way to write a "cosmic" Godzilla, basically a sleeping God that dreams of doing what normal Godzillas do, and the byproduct is what we see, it's kinda mesmerizing.
Earth Godzilla is a Guardian of earth itself, so I would think it can harness the power of the earth to protect it while Ultima is a being that is invading earth, so I would think Ultima loses.

Honestly i might seem biased so forgive me, i think Gohi Earth would win this fight since we have seen the true (or even not even all of his potential) potential, a shield, a breath made from particles (idk what its called) occilary wave, a tail whip ability and adding to the fact that his atomic breath has 2 forms and one of them is a crimson colored one which some say is far more destructive and powerful compared to the blue one. Additionally, we also have seen godzilla earth withstand some devastating attacks that could have potentially destroyef humanity like his fight with void ghidorah which is like a god.
Godzilla Earth can destroy Blackholes which break down space-time and the laws of physics. He destroys the Blackholes which gives him 4D scaling. Godzilla Ultima only has hax and Abilities to save him.
so to sum it up. on earth ultima loses since he cant access his true form or power. in his realm he wins since there itl be his cosmic true form instead of what boils down to a avatar/fragment of himself.

Now let's be fair here. Godzilla earth destroys Ultima everyday of the week til the end of time but he needed help to beat that version of Ghidorah. Literally without the humans stopping the space elves he would've died there.
