One of the best cover of this I’ve ever heard. At 76, I’ve been playing guitar since 1955 and blew out my hearing from live Hendrix and Cream concerts in 1967… it’s a joy to hear a Beatles song played with acoustic instruments with all the nuances and harmonies. The bass playing is perfect! Balanced beautifully with the rest, the entire video is a work of art!
Oh, and let's not forget the band Yes in all its iterations. Virtuoso musicians and vocalists!! From the 1970s through early 2000s, they sounded as fresh at their height of career and age as they did in their start in 1968!
I agree, but it starts earlier than that. I'm sixty and I feel like people think that I can't do things that I am capable of doing. I don't do things the way I used to, but I still do them. But, yeah they are talented.

Oh my! I'm 65, and there's not a day that goes by that Revolver or Rubber Soul is not played in my Spotify rotation. Not a day. That was an absolutely beautiful cover of George's song. Absolutely beautiful. I got goosebumps listening to it. It's 2024, and people are still dissecting the Beatles catalog. How it was recorded, written, and the inspiration behind many of the songs. There's not another band close to what they accomplished or how they still affect people today. Keep playing! I feel bad that my guitars are hanging on the walls collecting dust. Shame on me. Once again, that was absolutely beautiful.

When I was 69, I was hit on My bike. 70, both arms/legs crippled, in wheelchair. This song coming out of an old Man's face, made th Life bloom in Me. We still exist. We are still alive. I started listening to Our Music, this Month. I have hope to find an MD who will go past old age, and diagnose my injury, soon. Real Neat Man, bein' HimSelf.

I grew up with them, the first ever record i bought was help in 1965 when i was 6 years old, cant remeber what it cost, more than my 2 shillings pocket money. Without the beatles and before skiffle there would not be music as we know it, the beatles where the first to write and play their own songs, no studio musicians just 4 liverpool guys. Revolver and rubber soul, Sgt Pepper, white Album and abbey road are my favorites. They will always be the first. For me the 60s,70s and part 80s where the greatest decades in music , i dont care what others think, the public disection of everything which really isnt our business.....we have a lot to thank the beatles for. I also was fortunate to see George Harrison at the Long Beach Arena in Long Beach California. Firstly George doesn't exist anymore so he can't smile, secondly if he's smiling "down" that suggests he is "up" but on the other side of the globe up is the opposite direction which is a little confusing. I’ll be 74 in June. I was fortunate enough to see the Beatles at dodger Stadium in Los Angeles California in 1965. I also was fortunate to see George Harrison at the Long Beach Arena in Long Beach California. Seen Paul McCartney and wings at the form in Los Angeles California They’ll never be another band like the Beatles. ❤
I was at Dodger Stadium for the Beatles concert on August 28th, 1966. Remember it well!

I'm sure you mean that metaphorically Greg. Firstly George doesn't exist anymore so he can't smile, secondly if he's smiling "down" that suggests he is "up" but on the other side of the globe up is the opposite direction which is a little confusing. Is he down looking up or up looking down? (hoping you have a sense of humor) 😅
