as someone who grew up in vienna va worked in dc and georgetown and maryland all my life and now living in la i love these vlogs! thank you for totally capturing the beauty around there it is so under rated i’ve always thought the georgetown drives and greenery is perfection and unlike a lot of places i’ve lived. can’t wait to visit again!

I visited DC this year and I loved it, and you are right it is so clean and beautiful, I live in Cali and I work in downtown LA, LA is so gross and disgusting and this is coming from someone who love California and lived her whole life in it. I would love to live in DC probobly the only place I would leave Cali for:) Love your channel.
I grew up in DC until 5th grade and got to go back a lot during summers to visit family but would love to be able to afford to live there as an adult. I'm glad you saw the beauty in it and share that with your viewers. It truly is an amazing and beautiful city!

Hi thank you ❤❤❤ so we built the Dallas house and it is complete! unfortunately, joe had to get surgery on his arm, and his surgeon/physical therapy is in Los Angeles, so he has to spend his off season in LA for recovery.
At the end of the day, having our home in Dallas sitting there for over a year just didn’t make sense, so it’s in the process of being sold!
Things move quickly in sports and there is so much unknown, but we’re just taking everything in stride ❤
From a DC girl, the city will miss you!

I was wondering which way you walk to eastern market? I didn’t want to put your location because I knew when I first found your channel lol. I have only walked there once but I was uncomfortable the way I went. It looked like you went close to Capitol South?
I would walk basically straight down New Jersey Ave, passed Whole Foods and then take a right on E when I reached the park and then left of Seventh (long walk) or just straight down 4th, right on E, left on seventh

Curious what happened to Dallas?
Joe’s injury & surgery (he got surgery in LA in June) requires him to be in Los Angeles this off season to see specific specialists and trainers. We are selling the Dallas house bc we wouldn’t be living there until like October of next year (& honestly we didn’t love Dallas that much - Joe is from CA and likes it better anyways).
Sports will throw lots of curve balls and wreck all your plans. Pretty standard.
