Jim Miller said that Fluttershy and Discord's relationship, plus that of Applejack and Rainbow Dash, in the series finale is open for interpretation.
Well, they make the most sense though. AppleDash has the most chemistry together, and so does FlutterCord. Plus, the last episode just makes it seem like they are together.

I think they didnt continue the Marble Mac ship because they had the possiblity that they might be cousins. I assume hasbro didn't want implied cousins to be in a relationship even if its so far removed.

The reason big mac and marble didn't officially get together is because in the s4 ep9 it was revealed that Pinkie pie is a distant relative of Applejack. So Big Mac and Marble Pie were related

I'm glad that we have Equestria Girls since if you are a Raitry x Applejack fan then you don't need to be too updated with Rainbow Dash x Applejack being cannon because you have the Equestria girls version of Applejack to fall back for you need for Raitry x Applejack. Also, I got to say, Applejack seem to get all the laidese. ;)
I always hoped and wished Discord and Fluttershy were a real thing. Especially by the end of the last season when we see her coming out of Discord's realm, I always assumed that meant they were living together and married as a couple.
Though I kind of wish that they would have a child at the end to confirm that. Since I've seen a lot of fan-made pictures of her having a little kid coming out of the portal with her it would be nice to see that if it was real

Rarity and applejack and twilight and flash are my favorite my little pony ships and the speaking of the twilight and flash ship that ship and the one between Celestia and sombra really reminds me of spider man because like spider man twilight and Celestia chose thier responsibilities over their lovers
I’m pretty sure pinkie pie and cheese sandwich are together as in season 9 episode 25 (I’m pretty sure) pinkie has a kid which I’m pretty sure has the name cheese, she also had a cheese sandwich cutie mark
Spoiler : I believe the reason hasbro decided to add sugar bell is that in one of the episode of the show pinkie pie find out that the apples and the pies could be distance relatives but we never get clear answer though there by making big mac and marble relationship kinda incest so they changed it
