I like how in Duel 1 you need to do so many shenanigans to deal any dmg to him cuz all thief SD dmg is 130 range. Meanwhile he claps you once for 50% of your hp with a single aoe. This cmc guy is absolutely clueless
It's no secret that all anet devs play willbender in wvw. That's why it's overturned. Also it sells. So they will keep buffing it. Every since EoD willbender hasn't gotten a single nerf. Heck, core guardian hasn't gotten nerfed thus getting WB stronger.
tbh i think a well played sd thief could easily wipe the floor with a wb, considering also the unwarranted sd buffs. sd hits like a truck, plus the dodges. but i cant argue with the difference in wb's aoe damage skills. they're unparalelled :/
@@Walking-Lootbag Well if we go by body language he was jumping around and "teasing" right before the final engage where he got down so it's just a possibility ^_^
i like playing vs wbs ngl :). its just in the worst possible moments generally one pops on you and deletes you XD. or in your case hammers you into oblivion :)
Im fine with 1 willbender, way overtuned but at least manageable, but now they run in groups of 3 or more willbenders at the same time, there is no way to survive that on a normal class (not thief). I can usually manage outnumbered, but willbenders are too much.
Haha yeah I'm guilty of this. Me and some guildies got sick of zergs chasing 3 of us ganking and seiging, so we all switched to WB and nuked all their tail and all the zerglings running back to the fight. I'm sick of fighting boon balls, brings out the toxic in me
@@StagWithLag You either die a hero or you live long enough to become the villain I guess. If you're on EU I might've been unlucky enough to run into your friend group
i struggle on my cata even 1v1. i do run a trash build but yes having that +1 from a wb is just kinda hard unless you go 1000IQ and manage to use terrain to separate and dupe em
@@Walking-Lootbag Yeah, even one is dangerous if they catch you by surprise but I can't remember the last time I lost to a wb in a 1v1, cata is stronger with the right build in 1v1. But having protected burst, invuln and then another protected burst, makes dealing with more then one of them almost impossible.
It would be great if you do a deeper guide, basic gear, traits ,etc...but skills who procs whit traits, or combos, like more detail.cuz ur Journey video doesnt have it...i need to see sometimes 5 times the battle to undestand some of ur dmg where it comes from from example...Thanks.
standard sd core build either crit strikes or deadly arts. gear is what i have so either scholar runes / deadeye runes and relic is daredevil or adventurer. mara zerker
