    I add Baileys and Kaluha to my tiramisu. I know it’s not traditional, but it’s delicious. Never had a single complaint when serving it to others.

    I enjoy all of your videos! Thank you! I totally agree with you for excluding the version that contains cream. In Italy, we usually add the cocoa just before serving so that it is more aromatic! ❤

    I made this recipe, everyone loved it! I was a little afraid of the raw eggs l, but bought the best quality egg I could find and no problems at all. I will make this one again for sure.💕

    Hello…Thank you for the video on how to make Tiramisu. I made it today and gave it to my daughter in law for her Birthday today! It is her favorite dessert. She has been paying $15.00 for a slice when she want a piece of Tiramisu from a local Italian Restaurant in our town..,outrageous. So I thought I’d give it try making her one…AND guess what she said the same thing you said…OOOH this is the best Tiramisu I’ve ever had…LOL…I got a great big hug and there was NONE left over. Have to admit, sounded intimidating, but thanks to you & your great video…it was a success. Thank YOU very much! Mary P. Kingman, AZ

    For me, Tiramisu is such an intimidating dessert for some reason.
    But, 🌟Miss Talented Lady🌟, you have made this recipe soooo easy to make! YAY YOU!
    IMO, you really have this wonderful quirkiness (sp?) that comes across as normal, MAJOR brownie points! 🏅
    Your desserts look so achiveable that even "I" can and will produce such edible yumminess! 😊

    I've only made tiramisu once before and though time consuming, it was divine!! Now I want to try yours!! Oh, and thank you for the knife tip!! Never thought about a wider knife pulling the baked good along with it but it makes total sense! Thank you, Sarah!

    I am not a kitchen, cooking or baking person. But your recipe was so easy to follow and I surprised myself 🥹. I used 1/3 cup of sugar instead and a splash of Bayleys.

    My notes:
    ✍🏻Counter is clean if you lick off the drippings
    ✍🏻Egg whites & sugar makes fluff, egg yellow & sugar does not
    ✍🏻Tiramisu is way easier to make than I thought

    1 7 ounce package lady fingers (they’re usually in the cookie aisle!)
    4 large eggs, separated
    1 cup granulated sugar, divided*
    1/4 cup rum, divided*
    16 ounces mascarpone, cold from the fridge
    1 cup strong coffee
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    cocoa powder, for dusting
    For hand held mixer, pour in the sugar gradually and bring the eggs to room temperature for a quicker fluff

    Does it just go into the refrigerator uncovered? Doesn’t it dry out in there ? I always dust the cocoa powder when it’s ready to eat though.

    i recently made this for my bf and i for valentine’s day and it turned out DELICIOUS, but the filling turned out a bit runny. i used room temp eggs and fridge-cold full fat marscapone, and the lady fingers were definitely not over-soaked. was still really really tasty, but i’m wondering if you have any tips so it’s not as runny next time i make it? thanks :)

      You can omit the rum if you don’t want boozy tiramisu! I’d just add some extra vanilla extract (I’d do 1 teaspoon) to the coffee to give it some flavor and up the amount of vanilla in the mascarpone mixture to 2 teaspoons!

    How can I replace mascarpone? In my country is hard and expensive to find it, thanks! I love aaaall your recipes

      I’ve never tried it, but you could try swapping out the mascarpone for a high quality cream cheese and a little bit of cream-for this recipe I’d do 12 ounces cream cheese and 1/4 cup cream! You’ll want to mix the cream cheese and cream together to fully combine before adding in as directed. Mascarpone is such a key ingredient in tiramisu that switching it out would change the taste and texture so just be aware of that!

    i tried many times with with mascarpone cream part, i did not work for me everytime i tried to add the egg whites with the yolk the white cream just kept disappearing i have no clue what i did. wrong i kept retrying so many times. help.

    Question: the mascarpone cream doesn't need to be "cooked" over a double-boiler? I've seen others cook it. I want to make this dessert for the first time, but I'm unsure about which recipe to follow. Yours looks easier.

      mascarpone cream doesn't need to be cooked. Its the raw eggs you're probably seeing being "cooked". Mascarpone cream is just cheese already curdled.

    Don’t egg whites make it fluffier than whipped cream? That’s why I switched to whipped cream

    TIP: whip egg whites first and make sure there is not a SPECK OF EGG YOLK or the whole thing will not work. Make sure it is a clean clean bowl, any egg yolk or fat will cause your egg whites to never even foam up. I did this with 5 egg whites and it stayed looking clear and liquid the whole time.

    California Pizza Kitchen has the best recipe...and the egg yolks are cooked. Too many people hate eating raw eggs and it grosses them out. Sorry Broma! Otherwise, your other recipes are amazing!!!!
