I know the exact location. Very nice area although not on the beach and no direct beach access but if you plan your building well you will get a nice view of the ocean and hope someone will not block your view of the ocean in the future. Good advice to do your due diligence because buying land in Prampram these days is a huge risk whether from a chief or a family. Several years back buying land in Prampram was not risky at all. We got ours decades ago with no problem but now land owners there are fighting each other and it is no joke.
WOW!!! Thanks for sharing this. It definitely catches my attention, but a big concern would be the lot next door with all of that garbage. I’d hate to invest and build with no guarantee that I’d be able to avoid having a garbage dump neighbor.
Wow! What a price! I looked at beach land in Prampram and it was $100,000 per plot!!! Im wondering if there is litigation issues with this because the price is UNBELIEVABLE. Sounds like someone is trying to get cash quick and leaving you holding the bag.
