This is commendable and laudable nana Kwame . This Petronia project will definitely blaze the trail and be a game changer across the continent. Please push it through and don't let if fall like dead hope city project. I salute you and your team for putting Ghana on the map. I dey feel u
I'm a 20 year old female aspiring property developer. I was feeling discouraged because it's not easy to make it in Africa, but honestly, you just gave me that push i needed! Thank u Nana
I'm 19years with big dreams, and also wants to become my own boss, I love buildings. I've always thought it's impossible to achieve my dreams in Ghana but Nana Kwame Bediako has proved to me that it's possible. I have a question I wish to ask him...Must one take a course in Economics,Acconting or any business related courses for him to make it life?
Nana this is impressive. I am into property management in Europe but what you have achieved in Ghana is mind boggling and ground breaking. Kudos and best wishes
Great Job, really inspired by you. Please wear a helmet, steel toes boots, and high vest when you enter your construction site please Nana Kwame Bediako. We need alive and well at all times to help change Ghana our motherland.
Thanks for adding a touch of high quality life in Ghana, the challenges is good brother. Anytime I walk in central London, I say I want Ghana to be like this, the heart beat of Ghana is coming alive, thank you for you huge contributions. Your humble spirit will lead you all the way. Continue to challenge.
I am very proud and inspired to see young Ghanaians leading such a wonderful company with really innovative ideas. I have always thought that these nice developments were spearheaded by foreigners. It is good to see that my own brother is doing such wonders. All Ghanaian youth need to see what you are doing. In the US now, will probably buy one of your developments when I come home. Keep up the good works. I am sharing this. You have truly inspired me and I have no doubt you will inspire others in our country.
Umar Mohammed I like what you doing ,but I'm also curious about the label pool in Ghana of skilled workers. by Watching your video and listen to you about your project ,it seems you brought in a lot of foreigners to do the skill work and as an American of African dissent and I believe this is the majority of opinion's Africans Americans. We come to Africa to experience what it is like to live in a country that is predominantly ran by African. If you bring in skilled workers from out of the country how do you expect the young peoples in your country to get the experience if you keep bringing in people's who are not Africans.
Very impressive. A great challenge for young people especially in Africa to move great things forward, and develop our continent, in whatever capacity we can.
hiii Nana really you inspires me, good work done and may the Good Lord bless the work of your hands. you are my mentor, you know why. not only are you trying to bring Ghana the same level as the developed countries, you are also giving back to the society and is amazing how you have the less privilege in heart and always try as much as you can to help them. because of your good heart you will move from grace to grace and your good deeds will last for your next generation to see.
THIS GUY IS A HERO TO MOTHERLAND GHANA AND ALSO TO AFRICAN CONTINENT AND MY ADVISE IS PLEASE DON'T TRY TO BE LIKE HIM BY WORKING EXTRA HARD BECAUSE YOU WON'T GET THERE, YOU CAN SEE THAT THERE IS SOME HERITAGE GOING ON, HE HAD OLD MONEY FROM FAMILIES OR SOME INVESTMENT OR SOMETHING HE DID, BECAUSE YOU CAN SEE HE WORTH ALOT I CAN PROBABLY SAY HIS NETWORTH WILL BE A BILLION DOLLAR..., SUCH WEALTH IS NOT BY HARD WORKING BUT BY THE FAVOR OF GOD...SO BE YOURSELF
Great job Nana. Proud of ya. I hope others will follow and build industries and factories so all your properties will be sold as fast and mentained as efficient as possible not to mention occupied so to bring life to the city and eventually the country and continent. Mr H.
Wow, well done. You really a business man. One thing I personally like about you is - you "HUMBLE". I wanted to be a Business woman but my parents never liked the idea now we are into Solar and unfortunately Ghanaians are not embarrassing it and is difficult for us. Kudos and all the best.
Last 2 weeks i am watching this incridible Young man very motiver and inspire He gave me a very usefull idea which is réal state developmemnt although hé is rich but i am sure hé started this project 1 Day And anyone else can do so To improve africq
In S.Florida you must have an elevator with 3 floors, just a thought for older people who does not want to climb 3 floors & added luxury & convenience 😉. Rooftop decks are a nice touch as well. Love your designs & ideas, please keep creating distinct looks you can only find there!!!
I'm 19years with big dreams, and also wants to become my own boss, I love buildings. Hi Nana kudos keep up the good work, happenI'm been inspired by your vision but one question happened to your project near the la Palm Beach? just return from Ghana a week ago and found out your project is at a standstill.
You inspire so much, God keep you and protect all u doing, I hope to meet you 1 day and tell you that you inspired me to get to where am going now. The future is bright. Keep up the good work.
nola305 deLuca Talon They may not have are may not be as proficient in the required skills ,that's why you have supervisors or trainers to bring them up to that lever of skill. I hope and pray that you don't end up like Namibian ,an African country that is still ran by Europeans even though colonialism ended in that country that was ran by the Germans who were the imperial power almost a century ago.
I can see comments on here are very positive but we all don’t have to see a proof to think positive about Africa. I come from Ghana and I was amazed at the negative I first experience when I arrived in the states 20 years ago. I realize most people have been watching discovery channel materials for a long time, couple with stereotypes, there was no way to correct things. People used to ask me if I was lucky not being eaten by a lion. To me , that was luck of geographical knowledge of the continent. What I’m saying is, you won’t find a polar bear in Florida. If it make sense. The Serengeti is very far from Ghana 🇬🇭. We all can agree, in every human habitation, there are poor and rich people. I’m not denying the fact the per capita income is low compared to the western world. 50 years from now , there’s gonna be a mass migration back to Africa. All races not just black people in the diaspora. Educate yourself and rid stereotypes 1/1. Thank you.
WOW! JUST WOW! I AMAZED. I SCHOOLED CLOSE TO AVENUE LINCOLN, LITTLE DID I KNOW, I SEE THE OSU AND LABADI BEACH BUILDING EVERYDAY GOING TO LECTURES...GOOOD JOB
Am truly amazed by all these accomplishments but one thing i cant help but wonder is where do all the funds come from ? Where did the initial financial aspect of this begin ? All am seeing are these amazing projects and aspirations but wouldnt it be helpful to know how to raise the funds ?
Good efforts... continue with the good work, but as I work in the building industry myself 3 floor residential houses is not new as made up to be and there was also gross disregard for safety when they visited the tetteh Quashie project where active construction was taken place and no personal protective equipment (PPE) was worn. On another note I think a bit more local talent should be tapped (the business might have their reasons). All in all Keep up the great work!!!!

Wonda World Estates, Nana Kwame is setting standards in the greatest continent in the world for others to follow!!

Not me....I'm ready to come!
I don't know why we care what white people think about us ...we have been around close to 250,000 years longer than them ....

These is a genuine business man who shows what he does not those pastors who spend money but no one knows what they do.keep inspiring African youths.
I don’t think it is a good idea to speak about some Pastors that way, give honour to whom honour is due and let GOD be the JUDGE.
The power of UA-cam I watch this man grow in a matter of hours. His perspective has truly evolved.
I have been greatly inspired the first moment i discovered Nana!

Would suggest to u to try integrating more african styles and especially more ghana workers ...
If the locals don't have what it takes to compete, then we can not wait until they are able to do so.
Facts. They should be understudying and learning what they don't know. The contractors must be willing to teach
