next time you go to Federoff's, ask for a cheesesteak with Coopersharp (instead of whiz), onions, on a seeded roll, with mayo. Yes mayo is allowed on cheesesteaks. I'm from South Philly.

Yep non smoked provolone is the best...I make my own cheese sauce with extra sharp cheddar and some parmesan and it beats the hell out of whiz.
