In my case the Actual Dealership drove the Truck themselves from Virginia to New York. They had one guy drive and a follow vehicle so they could get back. It was about 280 miles driven.
@@terrygermano4555 Wow, that's service. I saw the video where the guy drove up your driveway. I figured he parked his trailer on a main road and drove the f150 on residential streets. Thanks for the reply.
May I ask why they have to be personally delivered from so far vs picking up from a dealer? I have the 22 as well, but I'm also near Dearborn, Michigan where they're made...
@Lady London they don't have to be personally delivered. This dealer offered it for a small fee. It saved me from traveling down there round trip, renting a car etc... was just easier for me. I could have picked it up myself or had it shipped on a trailer for a lot more money. I was good with the delivery I chose.
Can I ask you about the process to find a shipper? Any tips?
I'm about to have my F150 shipped from Iowa to CA in about 3 weeks.
TIA
