As usual, Vert Finals kicks off X Games 2019 and the six man event was pretty damn good. Congrats to Vince Byron for taking a third straight gold.

Fuck yes Vince. That last run was some serious vert progression. This discipline has been in a weird limbo stage as Bestwick and Tabron age out and the future of this ramp was uncertain. Coco will always be my favorite vert rider though.

They need a new version of Hoffman to start pushing what the guys do now. You'd expect to see the guys now pushing the stuff he did way ahead but it's still more of the same. Bring on the next crazy rider who's way ahead of everyone. Bring on a 1260 air it's what everyone wants now.
