I made both of these along with your coriander chutney for dinner after work . So easy and delicious. My husband also loved it. It has made it into a loved rotation in this house. Watching and listening to you cook is like being with a friend. Thank you so much for what you do!!!
I'm absolutely loving 30 Minute Indian! The spinach and onion pulao is fantastic, and so easy to make variations of like this. I'm cooking my way through the book - making several more this week!
This will be made this week! Thanks for your wonderful recipes Chetna. I have added so many of them to my meal rotation. I really appreciate these 30 minute recipes. Sometimes in a busy week it's great to be able to produce a meal this delicious quickly. Well done!👏👏👏
i liked ur receipes they are v. simple n ummy . Tried ur spinch rice came out perfectly good and testy. iam 84 years from u.k i like to cook testy food. Thanks for sharing with us 😚
Holy cow, I made this last night, and it was SO good. It's even better as leftovers. Ordering the 30 minute Indian book now. Any ideas of what to do with extra Pulao? I think next time I might halve that portion of the recipe because it made a ton.
Turn it into a spicy sausage rice - get some sausages, marinate them in spices ( garlic and onion powder, paprika/ chilli powder or even BBQ seasoning) then grill/ oven bake. Slice and mix with the left over rice. Serve with a salad.
Oh Chetna, you are so wonderful on UA-cam!! I love to watch you cook because you love it so much and you enjoy your food 😋. I'm definitely going to try this it looks so yummy! This would be a great comfort food 👍

Always can use a quick dinner idea! Wondering what is the pan used for the rice? Looks like a very useful one to have.

Wow this is my next to do dish, thank you
Can you make this without the onion pulao?
Simply superb
Are these recipes in the book?
Fabulous and so delicious, Merci
That’s going to be on the menu this week.
Chicken looks delicious.. however my punjabi mum would have killed me if she could spot any onions in the pilau..🤣🤣
🥳
Yummmm
Looks lovely 😍
Awesome
😛😜👍
That's not fine cut, isn't that
Jeera chicken should never be runny it should be dry. Too much onion in rice pilaf is not appetizing.
I don’t think Chetna is looking for your expert comments. Have you heard the saying Dont say nothing if you have nothing good to say?
Until you put out some videos and cookbooks. I think we’ll all stick with Chetna. Bless your heart.
