Sort of off topic but if you use alt 0216 you get Ø. If it will display in your presentation software it is a good way to make your call sign clearer.

That will be very difficult unless you have a browser to look at the node it self.

Looks exactly like the BBHN mesh setup . Is it same setup?

It is very similar, but it has been developed from openWRT just like BBHN. They will not connect to each other over RF though.

All our fixed cameras are AMCREST, the PTZ Cameras are Sunbas.

Can normal internet users access services advertised via Aredn? Or are services limited to Aredn users? Do Aredn devices have outbound internet connections through somewhere in the network?
What type of cybersecurity precautions should be implemented to prevent unauthorized use of services?

No normal internet users cannot access the network without advanced networking configuration. AREDN device can be allowed to the internet but that is not a requirement, the network can exist as a internal network only, with no WAN connections. The network can be as secure or as insecure as you make it.

@@805drifter Unless you set up the network I won't be doing banking or other personal stuff on the network. If you set up your own you could change the SSIDs and SSH keys to keep unauthorized users off. It will never be a enterprise level secure network.
