    At 15:10, you discuss taking tudca after or during drinking alcohol consumption but not before. What does that mean exactly? Does that mean not within 30 minutes to an hour before drinking?
    I'm only asking because what if I take 250 mg at breakfast and another 250 at lunch, which is my last dose of the day, but then I go out that evening and start having drinks around 7 or 8 pm. Is that considered taking tudca before drinking and going to cause more harm to my liver?

    • @leviathannutrition2821
      @leviathannutrition2821  Рік тому +1

      Hello, sorry I missed this comment! There was a study that showed consuming Tudca prior to drinking alcohol actually caused more harm, where co ingestion or taking after the fact was more beneficial. The exact reason for this is not known, and it could have been a poor/inconclusive study but to err on the side of caution, I would keep the 'before' dose further than 4 hours prior to drinking and that should avoid this issue. Hope this helps!

EVERYONE has been exposed ... not a " Third World " condition ( from underwashed vegetables or swimming / fishing in open ( unclorinated ) waters and of course SUSHI (sashimi ). Strong heathy bile is part of the parasite defense in the biliary system .

    Good job but you didn't mention about most important factors which is the characteristic features of highest quality Tudca such as: Does Tudca has bitter taste or not, what's the best proportion/ration as percentage ratio of Tudca in the combination, how we can identify any Tudca from being free of chemicals, and acetone based tudca?

    • @leviathannutrition2821
      @leviathannutrition2821  4 роки тому +5

      That will be very difficult to tell without thorough analytical lab testing. TUDCA is very bitter and will have an acetone like smell, yes, but relying on things like sense of smell and taste will not serve as reliable indicators on whether a product is 50% or 99%+ purity of TUDCA. HPLC testing of the product will be needed, which is why we do so on both the raw material we receive before producing the product, and the finished product to ensure it is meeting the proper dosing requirements.

    • @leviathannutrition2821
      @leviathannutrition2821  Рік тому +1

      There is some link to bile salts like Tudca aiding in the inflammatory response that triggers psoriasis - I would recommend using 2 caps per day and reassess after about a month of use to see if it is helping. Psoriasis is an autoinflammatory immune response, so adding supplements that help to reduce inflammation, as well as a balanced diet rich in omega 3s may also be helpful.

    Please bro, could you tell me essentially what’s the difference of TUDCA v/s UDCA (ursodeoxycholic acid).
    I take UDCA daily for dicreasing ALT, AST and GGT. (Biliary duct disease).
    I have seen similar results in studies that test tudca against Udca, but I don’t know why allopathic medicine chooses UDCA over TUDCA? Could be something strictly about economic bias?

    I hope you can help answer my question as I can't find anything conclusive. I took a product that included "HCL, conjugated bile salts, and ox bile". It gave an adverse effect because of my low stomach acid and exacerbated my SIBO. The bile was too alkalizing even though I took it along with some apple cider vinegar. I ended up with hot lava reflux (bile..acid??) that had me gasping for air since it travelled up and filled my tonsil tissue. My SIBO in my gut also went nuts and caused all sorts of havoc and took me a month of Allicin/Apple cider vinegar to keep it at bay again. I have very poor health/liver from years of withdrawing from certain medications. Afraid I may have drug induced Hepatitis. Now my concern is whether TUDCA is alkalizing like the conjugated bile salts in that product. Because the bottle did not name TUDCA as the conjugated bile salt, we can safely assume they didn't use TUDCA? Would this make TUDCA chemically different from those other conjugated bile salts? Is TUDCA more acidic when ingested and is it safe for someone with Hypochlorhydria? Unless this all happened because bile doesn't absorb properly for me and travelled in the wrong direction. Sorry for the long question but I can't find a solid answer anywhere and you seem very knowledgeable on this subject. Thanks!!

    • @leviathannutrition2821
      @leviathannutrition2821  2 роки тому +2

      Hello - yes you are correct, products that list ox bile or just conjugated bile salts will not contain tudca, as tudca is much more expensive than these other bile salts. the pH of TUDCA is right around 7 so I would not expect an alkalinizing effect from that to contribute to your issue. Have you gotten bloodwork done recently (more specifically for the liver)? I would also suggest getting a GI Map done to figure out what else is contributing to your SIBO/ acid reflux issues. Most commonly when you have low stomach acid, what causes the heartburn is a malfunction of the esophageal valve where it does not close at times when it should be closed and this is what causes the stomach acid to come back up and give heartburn. This is typically caused by a buildup of bacteria. TUDCA is fine to take with hypochlorhydria, that is an issue I also had for many years. Having a GI map done and adding betaine HCL to meals, limiting or cutting water intake within 30mins of eating may help there, we also have a product called GI SUPPORT that helped to get rid of my heartburn issues.

    • @tootsjwu29
      @tootsjwu29 2 роки тому

      @@leviathannutrition2821 THANK YOU!! This is so helpful! I assumed TUDCA would be more acidic since it is an acid after all. Apparently not. I'm glad you mentioned GI MAP as that's what I need to have done but because my "bathroom activities" have been very inconsistent it would be near impossible to catch a sample. Which is why TUDCA is one of my last hopes. My issues are complicated and brought on by withdrawal from benzos/SSRIs and being floxed by antibiotics and then high dose birth control pills. My body just never functioned correctly years after cessation of those. I think my liver is completely bogged down and unable to function with it's limited energy. The SIBO overgrowth is obviously connected to my nervous system going through the wringer and no longer sending signals to go to the bathroom. All this combined caused gastritis also, so taking HCL or apple cider vinegar causes a burning sensation. I am finally taking zinc carnosine and even it causes a burning sensation, so I have to take it with a meal. I ask about alkalinity because any alkalinity causes my gut bacteria to soar which leads to blood hemorrhaging that won't stop. I'm a female. It's the strangest phenomenon. But i'm able to stop the bleeding using Allicin/antimicrobials for weeks and very diluted apple cider vinegar. Which obvsly then causes the stomach burning. So I'm sort of stuck in a very precarious position. But I'm so grateful for your reply.

Is my stomach to acidic?Should I try ridding it out?

      Carnivore diet for certain with moderate healthy fats such as butter, ghee, beef tallow. All beef is best. Absolutely NO vegetables (fiber). Vegetables are loaded with anti nutrients and oxalates which prevent your body from using any of the nutrition in the vegetable and wreaks havoc on your entire system.
