    ABOUT:
Hi! I’m Valeria, and I’m a Ukrainian expat and digital nomad, currently living in Italy. I first came here without speaking the language and being totally unprepared, but pretty sure this is gonna be an adventure of a lifetime! I love discovering Italian culture, Italian people and, of course, Italian food. I'm a full-time content creator, so when I'm not making travel videos, I'm taking photos, writing and creating artworks. Studying is another passion of mine, and currently I’m finishing my Masters degree at the University of Bologna. Here I post regular travel vlogs, tips on expat life, moving abroad, personal growth and self-esteem as a woman living abroad, so hop on and welcome on board!

My wife and I love this farmacia so much that last summer, we made a trip to Firenza simply to go to this shop. Their cream for eczema is the only one that works for my daughter.

First time in from Florence (6/16 thru 6/20) ... Very Hot and crowded, but AMAZING! Tried to see everything and it's impossible. Brought back a lot of fond memories watching this video. I agree... get lost and stop to appreciate the moment. I also agree .. Florence needs to be visited several times to appreciate the beauty.

I ditched my maps in a Venice and was lost in the most magical maze. It took me two hours to get back to my hotel! So I will do the same when we return in October. Love your videos and tips!! Love, from Carlsbad Cali 🫶🫶🫶🌞

I went to paint in Venice and on the first day, could not stop gazing at all the Wonder- Everywhere! I was carrying a heavy easel and canvases all day- I ended up with blisters on that first day. Finally, settling on arched doorways with the reflections in the Canals/ The canvases never had time to dry- I sold them before they were even finished! There goes my Christmas Presents, I thought!

Loved this video so much... we will be there in 2 days! Definitely will be going on the other side of the river as we planned a 5 day stay this time...Florence IS the most beautiful city in the world. Last time we were there I vowed to return... cannot wait. Keep up the good work🌻

Great video. So inspiring. I was there for 2 weeks in March (then the month of April in Venice). This has made me want to go back. There is so much to see and getting off the beaten path away from the tourist crowds is absolutely the best way to see Florence. Yes for a first trip, visit the historic area and see places like the Duomo, Santa Croce, Mercato Centrale, Santa Maria Novella, Michelangelo Palazzo, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Repubblica, Palazzo Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery and Accademia. But plan a longer stay in Florence, wonder the narrow lanes, explore the other side of the Arno River and eat at places where the menu is only in Italian. Learn a few basic phrases in Italian and see the city like a local. It is an experience to remember for a life time. Or if you are like me, Italy just keeps calling you back. I 💖love💚🤍❤ Italy

Ciao! Thank you for showcasing my new city, so of course I enjoyed this video specifically! My apartment on Borgo Santa Croce is two doors down from the Aqua Flor perfume shop and museum. I am able to enjoy the nice perfumes wafting along my street most every day. There is even an old wine window on my street as well! Grazie mille! Paul in Firenze

Boy you made me feel proud of being florentine!!! 🤣 It's so common when you are born in a tourist city not to appreciate too much the downtown area because of the ridicolous amount of people, so i don't go there if i don't need to. But now thanks to you i'll go there right away tomorrow. Thank you.
