This clarity is particularly beneficial as I am selecting videos for my girlfriend, who is not Italian. I believe these presenters excel in providing comprehensible input material.

I have found that brioche al pistacchio are of two varieties. At some bars, they are filled with a gooey pistacchio crema that is sometimes too green to be true. They are too sweet for me and messy to eat. My preference is the kind that it appears Katie is eating in this video. The pistacchio is in the folds of the brioche, easier to eat, and much more delicious. Thanks for making a "slow" episode. I suspect that it is boring to make but it is so helpful for students who wish to study the language. Thank you.
that is "normal" because recently pistacchio became somehow more trendy and people want it more and more not understanding that real and good pistacchio cream/products are expensive. The result is low quality, chemical flavored creams and loaded with artificial color
