I just made it and its going to be a regular at my house. a made a batch that will last up to 4 days so I know everyone is going to be happy! The only thing I changed is that I added frozen vegetables. This recipe is divine! Thank you sooooo much
This looks so good! Love one-skillet recipes. It's the clean up that keeps most people from cooking from scratch, which is a shame bc scratch cooking is usually a lot healthier and cheaper than convenience meals. But if you've never been taught how to cook from scratch, then unhealthy and expensive convenience foods is how most people eat.

What do you call Spanish with this dish?
Very good dish, but too much much paprika. Tastes more like Mexican rice than Spanish rice, however, on its its own as a quick rice dish I liked it.
Cannot be Spanish without saffron.
