The reason why Frank wasn’t in this movie is because the dog died in real life and they didn’t want to use another dog.
RIP Frank. He was a good boy.
I wish dogs lived as long as humans
Today they’d recast him as a cat and pretend it’s the same character.
@@jeanine6328 Knowing MIB they’d probably say he got tired of the dog suit and changed into a cat suit to switch things up. (Seriously, in the animated series he’s wearing a suit)
dudeeee you should get 2 black suits😭
The lady that answered apartment 5k was the diner worker from number two after she married Js partner and had a whole bunch a kids like he said.
never noticed that😂
The girl with the flower at the carnival is the same little girl from mib 2 at the post office
I came here to say that
Oh, I knew I remember her from somewhere!!!
Will Smith said working with Josh Brolin and Tommy Lee Jones was so confusing. Brolin matched the energy of Jones as Agent K SO WELL that Smith would start a conversation with one of them and then try to continue it with the other one and they had no clue what he was talking about. Smith straight up forgot which one he was talking to because they felt like the same person.
Still greatest Easter egg ever is....
At 32:59, IF YOU THINK THAT WAS INTERESTING.... GO BACK AND WATCH MEN IN BLACK ONE.... "Hey K I'm not playing with you! Did you ever flashy thing me?"
"..............Maybe once................."
@@tomesofawesome8041😂😂😂😂
@@tomesofawesome8041 No way hahaa
@@tomesofawesome8041 well he was actually lasered before, in that same movie
The ending hurts even more when you realize when J asked K in the first movie if he ever flashed him, K says no and J thinks its just since they've recently met.
Yeah but then he asks again and K says, ".............Maybe Once..............." Speaks vollumes.
I mean, he neuralized him once the first movie too before he gave J the card
But he did do that to him in the first movie at the beginning
13:54 ..."Chocolate milk relieves temporal fracture headaches"... Wait, does that mean that anytime I want a Nesquik, someone has been fucking with the timeline???
the amount I drink must be time being screwed up all the time :L>
@paulieluppino1856 Yes.
That means someone screws The multiverse
GODDAMN IT BARRY!!!!
Holy crap. I like chocolate milk
I love how this movie makes the first one different. That the reason Kay fought for him was because Kay was Jay’s self appointed “Guardian”.
Exactly
fun fact, my cousin is the guard in the beginning who says "Boris The Animal" and then dies lol he usually does stunt work in movies.
That must be a fun job. Being the character like that comes with a lot of charm even if it’s for a few minutes on screen. I wonder what goes into casting and directing for roles like that? in every show and movie those are some of my favorite characters.
I don't believe you.
@@TheKrensada Would be a weirdly specific thing to lie about no?
@@TheKrensada No one asked you, fortunately fun facts don't require your belief in them.
He is my cousin too. crazy.
Josh Brolin was in his mid forties playing a 29 year old 😂
“You got some city miles on you” always killed me😂😂😂😂
When I first saw this movie I didn't know Josh Brolin yet, but I was impressed they found an actor that looked *so much* like a younger Tommy Lee Jones.
@@PurpleLugia You're right. Now when I see The Goonies, I feel like I'm seeing an even younger version of Kay! Lol
Fun fact: the last scene of him thanking k is mostly off script will improvise that because he loved working with tommy and he basically took him under his wing they became close friends
To me the funniest thing about the series of movies is that in first one they used their real names in posters cause you know the classic aliases used in America based on how many people have these names on a telephone catalogue are Smith and Jones. So it showed Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones and caption was "agents Smith and Jones"
🥲🥲🥲🥲
“I’m filming a man eating a hamburger..now….eat the pickle” 🤣🤣 the Andy Warhol scene is the best
Not many people ever catch Zed's eulogy. Men in Black aren't supposed to have personal lives.
Honestly I really enjoyed MIB3 more than I liked MIB2 it's good to see you guys tackled the franchise.
Agree. 1 and 3 are fantastic; 2 is ok.
Agree! The ending especially. It makes me get teary every single time I see it.
Nice you guys made it to the LAST MOVIE.
Int'l: hey what about-??
*SMACK*
THE. LAST. MOVIE.
@@rammsteinrulz16you saw what he typed 😂
MIB III was the sequel we didnt know we wanted and needed.
I agree, it’s not the same without Tommy and Will. Their relationship was precious. Can’t believe this film is over 10 years old already.
We're getting old😫
Griff showing Jame's dad the future and who his son[will] is and the man he would be. Thats a great part.
that end was really heartwarming
Josh spent mths listening to old lines of Tommy's in order to sound almost exactly alike, inflections. He got so good he called Will pretending to be Tommy to have a get together/meeting, when Will saw Tommy again in person, he asked when he wanted to schedule it, & Tommy obviously knew nothing about it.
I remember being legitimately surprised at how good this was. I went in convinced it was an unnecessary addition to the series but honestly, it's better than the 2nd.
I love this ending because it kinda shows that K has secretly been Watching over J all his life Making sure he's ok like a father and waiting for the right time to recruit him 😂
You guys are smashing these sequels out
Faster than Curtis smashes through viewers MOMS 😂
This movie was hilarious and then they just drop that sadness on you at the end of the movie. It's touching, and heartfelt. Unexpected in this franchise.
12:15 the lady in this scene was also in the second movie. When J neurolized his partner at the pie place he told him to get married and have a bunch of kids, then told the waitress he thinks she’s hot. That was the same lady and that was the apartment of J’s old partner, now married with a bunch of kids.
The sign at Coney Island in 1969 that you saw say " A Talking Dog " on it. You were right. The sign is advertising Frank. Tears to my eyes when we find out about J's past in 1969. Griffin also showed J's father who J is. That's why he looks at J when Griffin touches him and shows him how important he is. And what will be done. My favorite of the MIB movies.
After watching the first one over again I think even the first movie was hinting that K always knew who J was, in the scene when J was talking about how he thought his teacher was from Venus or something, K knew exactly who he was talking about and even at one point near the beginning he called him James.
I love this ending because it kinda shows that K has secretly been Watching over J all his life Making sure he's ok like a father and waiting for the right time to recruit him 😂
I like that when you guys react to a movie, you finish the sequels right away. This has to be one of my favorite movie series.
I love that Bill Hader was Andy Warholl and fellow MIB deep undercover.
Also, a callback the woman in J's apartment with all the kids is the waitress from the second movie.
This movie may have it's own issues like most people say about it but I really did.enjoy it because I think it was a great send off of both J and K's story alongside the trilogy despite being sad that the duo won't come back again.
The perfect ending to a trilogy. This is definitely my favorite of the three. I told you that you weren't ready for this one.
"Oh dear. I forgot to see this one coming."
I balled at the part when you discover who Will's dad was and why he couldn't remember much about him. 😪
The only huge issue I have with this movie was the introduction of Agent O as a love interest for Agent K when K already had a love interest in the first film. It confuses the timeline when Agent K retired in the first film, they set up his reintroduction to society as a coma patient, and the two were already married.
It would be really fucking weird if MIB uses their memory wipe ability to force civilians into marriages of retired agents. The idea I got from the first MIB movie, was the K was married before joining MIB, and his wife just never remarried.
Now you can say K and O has a professional fling that didnt go anywhere anyway, and Ks wife is still out their by herself until she and K are reintroduced when he retires.
Josh brolin is one of those few actors that just tend to be good in everything.
*Except for the Oldboy remake
Josh Brolin's level of dedication to playing a younger K was nothing short of amazing.
All the way down to his look and mannerisms, I'm not surprised people were convinced he. Was. K.
I was so pissed when I first watched this movie because men in black is not supposed to make you wanna cry lol
This is my favorite of the trilogy! Josh Brolin embodied a young "K" perfectly!
Told you guys the best was yet to come. This one nailed it with a solid story, great effects, great character moments... by far my favorite in the trilogy. Keep going on to Men In Black International, which is a new cast but definitely manages to do the series justice with another solid entry.
Josh Brolin absolutely nailed the agent K/ Tommy Lee Jones impersonation. The ending is so great.
This one is quite possibly my favorite of the series but all of them are amazing
This was my favorite one tbh, it's a really good movie especially for a 3rd movie in a franchise, I love the story for this.
I love that you guys went through this trilogy I already knew you'd love it lmao. And now off to PULP FICTION!! You two are gonna absolutely adore it. And please don't overdo it with the editing and cut on that one, such movie really deserves a long video heheh 😄 thanks for these guys!
That near ending scene had me sniffling. Knowing that meeting K in the future was premeditated.
19:19 love the retro designs for the aliens.
If you need more Agent K and Agent J, there's always the Men in Black animated series. It's actually really good!
"A'ight, the prerequisite for a joke.... is that it be funny"
J from Men In Black 3 debunks CinemaSins over the last decade; 2014 - Present!!!
This is a Perfect example of why I enjoy watching you two. Thanks fellas.
I loved how they tyed up the first two movies in this one,the ending makes me tear up every time I watch great reaction guys ✌️💜🙏.
*Boris the Animal* was played by New Zealander *Jemaine Clement,* who is a close friend and writing partner with *Taika Waititi.*
I thoroughly enjoyed your reaction to this great movie.
This wasn't my favorite of the trilogy, although the ending was bitter sweet (I tear up a little). But I defend this movie a lot because of Josh Brolin. He NAILED Tommy Lee Jones' character. Copied down to a flipping T. What a perfect casting match 😆 Also RIP to little Frank, you adorable alien dog (idk his real name). I'm glad they didn't replace him in this movie.
Rip Torn couldn't be in this due to an incident that happened. I found out about this when I did some research on it.
I guess they compensated him that cameo at Zed's funeral.
Rip Torn*
Yeah, he was wasted when he broke into a bank here in Connecticut...with a gun. He said he thought it was his home. He was hit with a bunch of charges but ended up with a suspended sentence and 3 years probation.
2:20 - Curtis: "Why is that cake so jiggly?" Me: "Why are you looking at the cake?"
Fun Fact. All military officers wear name tags. J's dad didn't have one. I think that was intentional, so J wouldn't recognize him.
Dudes you can’t tell me how much y’all make me laugh I’ve been going through tough times y’all make my day something tysm
Yeah, the cake was jiggly😂😂😂
How I like em
Josh Brolin is a chameleon.
Out of three, this film is my favourite. Great trilogy and thank you guys for reacting to the movies.
That girl with the kids was the waitress from MIB 2
I've watched this movie countless times some ten years ago. Being broke as a teenager in a new, barley furnished house and all I had was this on DVD and a bunch of PlayStation 2 games that I also have too many hours invested into. To my point, I probably know every line of this movie and this reaction is gonna get the gears turning
No one was ready for that ending 😭 I still remember crying first time
My favorite MIB movie! My dad and I call each other by Brolin K's nicknames for J all the time lmao. We kept going back to see it in theaters
One of my favorite Easter eggs in a movie. The women in Js apartment is the waitress he told his old partner T to hook up with.
Dropping a 2 video so close together...now we get a 3rd! And in the same series!?
We're not worthy😊
I remember seeing this with my parents right after a wedding. I was really confused too, "Weren't we just at a wedding, why are we seeing a movie?"
Ayo wtf!? you guys are fast! lmao. Love you guys😍your reactions are always the best.
I looove this movie. Def the best one out of the 3 by far. You actually get more emotionally invested which I prefer. ❤
There is one thing i never got from this one: How did the archillians (Griffin's race) got destroyed if they can see futures? An entire planet of people who see different futures and none said "hey! if this is the future where the boglodites kill us we should leave just in case"? Or something like that...
I love this one sooo much!!! Thank you guys for the reaction…it was epic! ❤
Will trying to find Agent K the morning after he disappeared, taking the kid’s choc milk, talking to O at headquarters (and getting horrifically slapped!) is one of the funniest sequences of the whole franchise! And Griff was so sweet. It’s such a great movie.
Grew up watching the first 2 and the 3rd when it came out and love it all and love Griffin
Boris’s design is so crazy
39:05 Everything I see Will Arnett in anything, I'm instantly like "I wish this guy was in more thing !" This guy's energy is intoxicating af ^^
For some reason this is the only one I watch over and over when it’s on TNT. Thanks for the reaction.
Doesnt matter how many times i watch this film, i cry at the end 😢 k loved j way more than he ever let on ❤
This is the best of the three, Thanos did a great job 👍🏼
easily, growing up i thought they de-aged tommy lee because i was too young to see No country for old men so first time seeing him😅
🫰
The third one ties a bow on the trilogy and we don’t talk about that failed international movie
I like this one best, too. So rare by the time you to the third installment of a franchise for it to be so killer
Absolutely not, the 1st and 2nd are far better in my opinion.
OctoKrool, I loved this video so much, I had to hit the like button!
Monowheels are an engineering nightmare like mechs. They have a lack of stability when forward motion is taken away makes braking especially difficult. They're also way more dangerous than a motorbike. Hence why aren't popular.
Personally my favourite of all the men in black films, I just love the story
This is my favourite of the trilogy ❤
I relate to Griffin. My comprehension is that of Griffin. 5th dimensional perception. I'm not even me when I perceive "me".
I think you guys would love Weekend at Bernie's. #reaction ❤❤❤
Yesss. Seconded! Such a funny film. Really hope they react to it one day! ❤
This movie is so fun, its no masterpiece compared to its first entry but it's better than the second, and ends J and K's story on a really emotional note. Plus, Josh Brolin as younger K is fantastic!
The first men in black will always be the best
A sequel we didn't know we needed. A film that re-contextualizes and makes the events of the first movie al the better.
Man, what a great way to end a franchise.
Finality is great.
Absolutely nothing after this and its all the better for it.
Yup.
Nothing at all.
I couldn't wait for you guys to get to this one, really glad you enjoyed it!
8:07 Tommy Lee Jones is now officially team OctoKrool 🤣
I mean nobody can beat D'Onofrio's Edgar in the heavy department for this franchise, but Jemaine Clement was so perfect as Boris in this.
Hey guys, so I haven't watched this, or any of the MIB reactions yet. I'm a new subscriber and just wanted to sing your praises real quick. I just discovered your channel through your Menace ll Society reaction. Really enjoyed that, and liked you guys takes and perspectives on it. Believe it or not, that movie is a staple from my childhood lol. Anyway, looking forward to new uploads and catching up on old ones, cause I scrolled through your uploads and can honestly say you guys have one of the best, if not the best slate of movies I've seen on any one reaction channel. Lots of classics and favorites of mine from the 90's and 00's...and I watch a LOT of reaction content. Keep up the good work 👍🏾
Glad to hear man and also welcome as a new subscriber! 👽
I've never seen yall get through a trilogy this fast
Glad all 3 were done back to back.. I watch a few of these movie reaction channels and sometimes they’ll start a franchise but may take months to get through all the movies because they’ll watch one then maybe 5 or 6 (probably more) different movies in between then watch the sequels.. kinda refreshing
i love this movie, honestly the MIB trilogy is great
OK, that intro confirmed it, I haven't watched this one yet, I would have remembered that.
Every single movie i rewatch with You guys is ten times more enjoyable thank You guys❤
Believe it or not, Boris the Animal is played by Jemaine Clement, NZ actor and comedian of Flight of the Concords, What We Do in the Shadows fame, and many others.
I'm not sure I ever actually saw the last 10 min of this movie so like right after James dad got killed I just now went "OH FUCK THATS HIS DAD." Yea, that one hits out of nowhere.
For context:
People said that this movie was a decent way to cap off the series after the… Second movie, that it would have been good enough to be the second movie.
And then they made MIB International
Poor MIB staffer brings J his chocolate milk,….”where you been man, that was like an hour ago”. Agent O: “How long have you been craving chocolatized dairy products?”
His, “it’s something worse than the tick?!” Puts me on the floor?!!! 😂
Josh Brolin's portrayal was absolutely epic.
You guys are great!!😂❤
This movie is so good. Josh is young Tommy Lee Jones.
Where there is death there will always be death 😔 he was speaking to jay but he thought it was about k so he wanted to save him if the possibility arrived but it was about his dad dieing because griffin already knew his dad would die anyways because jay didn't know remember in mib 1 he thought his dad left him but k already knew him and the truth thats why he pass the test so easily (he can see throughout time so he must've seen jay future and watch over him as did k ) mib 3 is perfect because it ties into mib 1 with all the questions 😢it goes 123 ❤
"people will be moved" he says
Yeah moving away from you cause DAYUM! K🤦🏻♂️
I have thoroughly enjoyed all three MIB reactions
