Thank you very much! I just tried this with my mom. We added fresh chives, and dried oregano and basil from our garden. This is my first Tangzhong recipe. It is rising in the oven right now.

Can i use all purpose flour instead of bread flour? Since i only have 320gm left of bread flour from my pantry

My tangzhong is lumpy! Why?
Hi, perhaps overcooked? Never happened to me before but try cooking it over lower heat and stir constantly as it cooks. It's done when thickened.
