I just installed these, the easy way is to mount the brackets to the step keeping it a little loose then lift it on to the body studs. No need for jack stands or a jack and eliminated the "dance". Did it this way by myself and it was cake this way.
i have a 2012 Expedition Limited..i love these running boards but cant seem to find any decent running boards for it.. anyway of making these fit an Expedition???

Finally got these for my Ranger, love them!!
I'm trying to put these on my jeep gladiator. The little "dance" you described with the sliding brackets is driving me crazy
It's really no fun, hopefully you figured it out!
Did you figure that shit out ?!
Like the way these fit up tight to the body. Looking at a set of these for a F250.
How bout some real sliders for the 15-20 super crew f150? I would like something I can use a hilift jack on
what do you think. Are these gonna break in offroad use?
Looks rad!!! Thx ! Oh what year is this truck
Will they fit in a 2010 crew cab
Have you tried using a jack on these? Can they take it?

Do you recommend using loctites for bolts? Thanks in advance
What kind of torque did you put on those bolts? Both the ones on the frame and the ones inside the steps
What if your F150 already comes with steps, but want to upgrade to these? Can you keep the factory brackets?
Do you have brackets for 2010 expedition el ?
What size are the tires on that truck?
