Vintage MTB into a gravel bike? Cannondale F800 Restomod - Part 2

Taking apart the 2000 cannondale F800 I found on marketplace.
I decided to make a restomod 26'' gravel bike with this Vintage Cannondale mtb.

Looks like it could be a pretty cool café cruiser curb hopper city bike maybe... I dunno about gravel bike tho!
