What if I use a Sony zv1? It doesn't have a typical lens size since it's telescopic. Can a teleprompter work with a Sony zv1 since none of the adapter rings can fit?
Not a lot of good videos out there on affordable teleprompters - that was so helpful man! The Ulanzi-PT15 is at 71€ here - and the Desview T2 goes for currently EUR 100 ... still quite a price difference, but not double the money - and my grandmother always said: if you buy cheap, then you buy twice. What would you recommend: would you prefer the Desview for the 30 euros extra, or is there not that much of a difference?!? Or would you even prefer the Ulanzi if both would come at the same price tag??? However, here is your 802nd view, your 41st like and your 420th subscriber - keep it on and you'll be not only at 1k views but at a 1000 subs soon!
Overall, I'd still prefer the Ulanzi just because of the clip on mechanism. The bestview (desview) "slide mount" puts a lot of downward pressure onto the lens and it can get disconcerting. Thank you for the subscribe! I really appreciate the support 🥂
Yes I did, so far it's good for a small niche use. But just in case, if you need flexibility in terms of using tablets to display the text, you'd might not want this.
Bro, I have a question, my camera it is a Canon M50, but his lens is 15-45mm, do you believe that this teleprompter is the correct por my camera? By the way, I loved your video!
Thank you for your kind comment. As for your camera and lens, your lens has a 49mm thread, so I suggest getting a 49mm to 67mm thread adapter if you're planning to get this teleprompter.
Might be challenging since action cams have wide lenses. But, if you can find a way to mount the cam onto the phone mount (with an extension bracket for example), it could be possible.
Just the video I need! Saw this teleprompter in an online marketplace, and I'm wondering is it any good. Your video helps a lot! You just got another subscriber. One question, though. How far the phone holder (on the bottom of teleprompter) stretches? I'm planning to put my camera external display (12 cm wide) on it. Will it fit?
Thanks man, I hope my future videos will help you out too. 12CM wide would be too large for this prompter to fit. I've seen some tablet versions that could be better - the bestview T3 comes to mind if you're looking for a budget version.
Btw .. what is the difference between the paid app vs the free app. Also how far can you be from the teleprompter to be able to read the text and can I use it when shooting outdoors?... sorry, too many questions 🙊🙈
The paid app feels more refined. But both serve same purpose if you don't care about the user experience so much. Outdoors should be is fine since as long as your phone is bright enough
You remind me of how I need to retake my assignment video for lots of time just because I forgot my goddamn script, honestly that's the worse thing ever happened to me. Though, I see PT15 really is convinient.
Thanks for sharing this, may I know hows the picture quality? As I know it has a glass on it, does the quality degrade a lot beside the vignette that you mentioned in the video.
I haven't noticed any significant degradation in my usage so far. If there is any, it's negligible - it's most likely it's not even a consideration unless you're in extreme lowlight where every bit of light matters, that's where I can see the glass 'blocking' the light that enters the sensor. Other than that, make sure not to touch the glass to avoid the camera picking up fingerprint/oils.
Thank you so much. Do you know if this is compatible with the Sony A5000? I have that camera, but I can’t attach the lens to the mounting ring. It just won’t attach to it. Thanks! 🤓
@@pronunciacionconben I suggest you get a step up ring. Something like this will work www.amazon.com/Adapter-Filters-Machined-Aluminum-Electroplated/dp/B07WHVTXG3/ref=sr_1_3?crid=4GM1X5BE69IX&keywords=40.5mm+to+52mm&qid=1636119689&sprefix=40.5mm+to+%2Caps%2C368&sr=8-3
I don't usually put pricing cause it'll differ for countries but in Malaysia it's RM170-190. You can also check out Bestview T3 if you're not concern about size or price.
When u say 16mm is it full frame or APSC? Thanks!
I'm using APS-C 😁
@@AndroMatthew gotcha thanks! i'm using FF and found that most of them take a 24mm focal length. hehe

I'm not sure, but I'd play it safe and get a different teleprompter.

Hi, I bought this teleprompter. But the mirror is causing ghosting and I see two reflections on the mirror. Any idea how to get rid of it?
That's weird. Maybe it's a defect. Have you tried exchanging it for a different one?
We've hit 500 views! Let's aim for 1000 guys! Thanks for watching 🙏🏼
Edit: Cheers to 1000 views!
You bought from Shopee Malaysia right? How was it so far?
Yes I did, so far it's good for a small niche use. But just in case, if you need flexibility in terms of using tablets to display the text, you'd might not want this.
Can the included Bluetooth remote control the Elegant Teleprompter app?
Unless I'm mistaken, it should be able to.
Thank you, Andro. I'll put this teleprompter on my wishlist. Great content! This channel has potential. I am subscribing.
I'm glad it helped and thank you for support 🙏🏼 😊

Hello, nice content you got there. Is there any way we can use this with action cam?

Nice review, thanks! I wanted to see it in action, I plan to buy myself the same.
Welcome. Glad the video help! 😁
Hi bro, if use iPhone 7 for text, will be ok, or text will be too small?
I think it should be ok, small phones are better for this teleprompter.
aaaaah the audio is synced wrong
It is? Which part? I didn't notice.
