Part of the reason why I’ve had imposter syndrome with moving into a leadership role is because of past workplace bullying and having much less qualified “confident“ coworkers being promoted to those roles, and never being given the opportunity. I’m getting my masters degree now with a minor in leadership to flip the script.

I like your video. I never had this issue. I did begin to study other artists, and many had killed themselves. I notice that many of them had addiction problems. I don't need outside validation. I wanted to do different things. I wanted to build my world without the help of anyone. I never compare myself to anybody, or wanted to be like other people. I think there is a problem to compare with others. It's not healthy.

Finding your channel and being encouraged by you has been very beneficial for me. I thank you Ginny! Just this morning, I was offered a wonderful prosperous new position and I said yes!!! I walked into those interviews with full confidence in my abilities to perform the job successfully. You were certainly the angel on my shoulder as I negotiated salary, how I should "listen" but provide concise feedback when asked. Now, I am transitioning to a wonderful new role. Thank You Ginny :) no imposter syndrome here. I know I'm prepared for this evolution and deserve to be there.

Like most ideas, diagnoses, once these concepts filter into the mainstream, people latch on to them. We relate to a couple of symptoms and think that’s our issue. We diagnose ourselves without any real understanding and then it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.
