      @Kwaq84 3 роки тому

      @@Flexiny You can safely mix oils - they are made that way in case like this one, when you don't know what's inside. It's better to mix than having next to no oil, and moreover an old one - oil that sits in engine will become oxidized, as well as it's additives; it'll also contain humidity and rust byproducts - you want to dilute those as much as you can. When you have plans for that engine, fill it up to full with new oil before starting up, especially if it's at or below minimum. Your best bet is to use full synthetic, that way you won't downgrade what's already inside.

      My uncle has an Iveco Daily with the same engine, it has more than 20,000 hours and the engine has never been repaired, the engine is original, as is the clutch, turbo.
      It has 200,000km, but most of them were made in the city, and I estimate that it 20,000h of use because it is a crane and you can spend more than 6 hours working without stopping, and that crane is almost 20 years old.

With different gear ratios than passenger cars they somehow manage, they had turbos so the power was still higher than mid 90s Transit vans with their 1.5 diesel. Nowadays long gone from roads because of high mileage and often lack of maintenance. Cheaper to run them to ground instead of proper maintenance because nobody buys van older than 10 years anyway.

      I remember reading one of his replies stating that he had a collection of around 70 or 80 vehicles.

    The tank will need filling with Diesel because I noticed it's on the low side plus it will need a good service indeed the mileage could well be high you could take into a Peugeot Garage to have the Service done it depends on how much they change for a service. When was it last serviced its worth checking the Service book.

    The other is a Fiat Ducato, not a Citroën Jumper. Tell me if I'm wrong.

    Ребята, вам нужно перед заводкой машины, сразу выбрасывать трухлые и гнилые воздушные фильтра двигателя. Машины стоят долго, трухлую бумагу затягивает в мотор.

      You mean this Jumz next to Peugeot Boxer or Ford 7700 in the background? Ford 7700 has problems with engine block and cylinder head. It has burned groove between 2 cylinders. And its impossible to find new engine parts for it in Estonia.

    • @creyly8326
      @creyly8326 3 роки тому +3

      Ya I was on about the 7700. Shame about the engine they're a good tractor when they're going! The engine going porous is common enough in them, parts are everywhere here in Ireland!
