This conversations presents Senegal's experience and results in empowering community actors for social change to eliminate gender-based violence, advance adolescent girls' sexual and reproductive health and promote their rights and wellbeing through the Grandmother Project - Change Through Culture.
The Grandmother Project has developed an innovative approach to promoting girls’ rights and well-being through its Girls’ Holistic Development (GHD) Program that addresses FGM, girls’ education, child marriage and teen pregnancy.
