The building got a tax abatement in order to gentrify the area (which will drive original residents out). In short, spending millions to live here isn't a wise investment when you can live better elsewhere.

I don't think I'd need to leave the building as it's got everything. maybe purchasing won't be wise, but it's perfect for rental
