    Just read your blog. There is a new rule that you need Leben In Deutschland test results along with B1 + Blue card to get PR in 21 months. May be you can confirm once and update the blog : ) .
    And LiD test results are taking 3-4 months nowadays as they are evaluated manually in one single place in Germany.

    I lived 9 years in Munich in the past, after many years I am back, have C1-C2 level and Blue Card, could the 21 months get shortened?

    • @peoples.say.masoom
      @peoples.say.masoom Рік тому

      If you still have blue card and German skills you can go through it but 21 months period can't be shortened. BTW I personally Congress lets you for having C2 because it's not normal.

    What’s the additional use for PR if I plan to stay only for 3-5 years. Are there any other advantages which we may not benefit from if we are continuing extend the blue card?

    • @simplegermany

      One of the biggest benefits is that you no longer need to deal with the Ausländerbehörde 😅

      Getting Blue Card is a bit difficult because you've to reach on a limit of earnings than of course you'll also need good German to take the PR

      You need to make an appointment with your Ausländerbehörde and have all the required documents ready. You can find more info on the official government website: www.bamf.de/EN/Themen/MigrationAufenthalt/ZuwandererDrittstaaten/Migrathek/BlaueKarteEU/blauekarteeu-node.html

    Does anyone have a solution for the query below:
    If an international master student works as a working student and pay social contributions, will he/she get an advantage in getting the PR faster? For example that student gets a blue card and instead of 21 months, he/she have reduced months let’s say (18) for getting the PR?

    • @simplegermany
      @simplegermany  7 місяців тому

      You need to speak to your Ausländerbehörde for individual answers.
