Okay.. WoW.. Definitely a sleeper home.. For me it has a 80s feel.. All I really want is to be able to get up in the morning and walk out and look down at my beautiful live in art.. This home on that vacant lot on the lake towards the end would be perfect... Thanks for another great video..

Time to use imagination what you would put in each place. "I would change the stair lay out" something about the stairs I feel like I out lived it real quick made me feel like I want to move house.🤭😂❤💙

I’d want the laundry room on the same floor as the master bedroom.
One of the biggest problems most people have with a lot of modern homes is the reflective surfaces and echo of these places. Having company, playing the stereo, TV,etc, has what sound engineers call a fatiguing effect, which will make you tired from the noise of the room. Much can be mitigated though by adding carpet and sound treatment boards.
When you add furniture shouldn’t be a problem

I prefer to have my laundry room downstairs. I've had three floods from washer issues. What a mess it would have been if it was upstairs. I don't know how well those drain pans work tho..
Very Nice floor plan. I wish they would have added the second water closet in the master and some under cabinet lighting in the kitchen.
This home is going to be so beautiful once the backyard is finished...def screaming for a pool/spa. Seems a bit pricey as it sits, but the construction looks solid and location is nice. I would love to live in this home..Giving it a thumbs up!

Neat, love that you are showing off the garage, what is plumbing thing sticking out of the wall at 9:18 ? Prefer the laundry room downstairs. Wish you would show more of the mechanical parts, such as the cable/home networking hub where one can setup a home a/v system.

It's funny how so many people are saying this is over-priced, yet last year, people were praising the same exact model that was furnished and sold for double the price. Guess what folks, unless you buy the furniture and upgrades, this is what you get from the builder.

It's overpriced because it's in the middle of the desert. It would be the right price in another location. Rich people just don't just throw money away.

Sauce Bands It’s not in the “middle of the desert”, it’s in a very upscale neighborhood of Henderson. Its 4700!square feet.
The support beams that holds up a floating staircase is called a “stringer”. (Not a stem”)

For the reduction price, they should have had the outdoor pavement completed along with grass in the yard at least. Too much work needs to be done. Anywhere the master bedroom is, that’s where the laundry room should be located, unless there is an elevator in the house. Great job. Keep up the good work. Thanks.

Why no shelves in showers for amenities like soap, shampoo etc? This seems common in the high-end houses you show. Leaving the shower to get them would be awkward & messy. Do LV residents only rinse and not wash themselves?

This being $1 million seems about right, if you buy this house then you can really do so much to it like first of all I would take out all the carpet that’s in the bedrooms and going up the stairs and second I would install some LED lightning in the kitchen and just customize the backyard of how I would like and so on.
Location, location, location. Don't forget that you're still in the desert. Plus you have neighbors so close that you could hit their house with a beach ball standing in your yard. It's over prices by about 400k

i liked the open floor plan it feels spacious. but it is way to plain for me for the price.. there is nothing really to stand out it doesnt feel luxury for $1million price tag on top of that we have to still pay to do the backyard landscaping, like what the heck, lol.. But lake las vegas looks dead.. the house is overpriced but of course your not paying for the house you paying for what the community thinks it wants to be.. for rich people and celebs.. its not worth it. it does look nice as far as the views of the mountians and having a lake there but im not interested in that one.. if i had that money id buy that ultra contemporary house with the las vegas strip view thats what im looking at buying soon. im in love with those types of houses..

Everyone is entitled to their choice! I wish more people who don’t like HOA’s stop buying in HOA communities and think they can do anything they want and not follow the rules! I’ve lived in both, but having lived 17 years in an HOA community, I could never go back!
