My husband confirmed those are a bird repellent called optical gel. There's a peppermint scent to it they dislike, and to the pigeons it looks like smoke or fire.
However, he also stated they are installed incorrectly because they should only be 6 inches apart.

$796,500 This home is beautiful but it’s over price for the finishes. The exterior I would not change but inside the layout seems a bit odd for me. I understand that this is the model home and setting the price for the plot aside the finishes chosen seem a bit dated and the kitchen and bedroom closets a tad bit small. Other than that it is a beautiful home.

Not paying 1.35M for a house that don’t have solid wood and soft closed draws/kitchen cabinets. Master bedroom closet is super small. All the cabinets in the bathrooms, hallways and especially the kitchen is really poor for that high price tag. I was offering the same as you Chakits 1M. Not a penny more. 😆

Love the house. It is absolutely beautiful. I don't like the cactus in the yard. Not a good thing when you have a dog or kids running around. Also would need a small grassy area for the dog to poop on. But all in all it is beautiful.

I like the patio in the back and the court yard in the front more than the house. The only thing I like about the house is the ceiling in the Master Bedroom. And what's with the room you can't get into connected to the one car garage? Why have a garage connected to the house that you can't go directly into the house from it..

Backyard was beautiful but I like a lot of grass and Vegas homes just don't seem to have grass. The house is just beautiful though and I'd ask if some of the furniture can be thrown in because I like the style. The fire place is killer I love fire places😁👍🏼
I've noticed in these new homes they don't put doors on the master bathrooms anymore. I don't like that.

The doors are added after the buyer purchases the house.The door is left off when showing to give the illusion of space.

What gets me in most of the master bedrooms I've seen of late in Chakit's videos... is that there is no door between the bedroom and ensuite bathroom... I'm sorry, but if I'm trying to get to sleep at night, the last thing I wanna look at is the bathroom... put a dang door there!
I agree with you on this house. It’s not my type of home. The decor is not my style. You’ve shown us better homes that is way less than this home.

VERY nice house and for SURE I would try to get the furniture for under asking price or there about that. As nice as the loft looks to cut down on confusion of many TVs overlapping sounds I might put up a partial wall with a sliding window set up to separate them . I would HAVE to put up a stainless backsplash behind the cooktop .
House looks good, but little too small, I think it's worth max $800k.

I am pretty obsessed with Toll Brothers. The house is nice, I would live in it, but its not at all Toll Brothers best product..definitely in more favor of other builds they have done. It could be the interior design and furniture and accessories that throw it off for me. It is beautiful, but not my style.

Yeah, this house isn't worth anywhere near $1 million especially the without furniture included. The rooms were really small too, my house is only 3400sqft but the rooms are way bigger, and my master is almost twice the size of that one.

@@JaviAirForces Looks like his gopro hero 6 + a microphone at 7:35/7:45 shown in the mirror. He should have his Feiyutech stabilizer as well. The Feiyutech doesn't seem to be available on Amazon but Hohem Isteady 2 pro is pretty good for gopros as well.
This is a beautiful house....but it's not worth $1.35 even if the furniture was included. The furniture is what made the home look enticing. The back yard is to small, the bedrooms are to small. You have shown some beautiful homes for the same prize range and the were gorgeous. Plus..I think you are paying for the area Summerlin.
I agree with you here... for a home this size... the master closet ought to be much much larger... didn't see a downstairs coat closet for the front door... also, no pantry in a house that size? really? I know there's awkward room off to the side of the kitchen, but that looks more like a home office/homework/hobby room area.
I live here in Summerlin since 2001 no regrets...still love the expansions and growth !

i didn't like the entry way. People trip on those. Also if you have an older person with a walker they're in trouble. That casita entrance won't be good for someone using a walker or a wheelchair.
I would not paid that much for something like that it small and it alot I wouldn't have in it and the furniture have too go don't care for it you really don't have a back yard at all

@A Oh it doesn't make sense if you're going to make a house tour start to show the second floor instead of the main floor room by room. I don't have to watch the second half cause I am the viewer and I'm not criticizing him. Just asking for something completely normal and natural in a video of this kind.

D E it’s nice that he talks. Likes to hear the details and the advice that he gives for each rooms or decor and so on. I’ve seen other videos where the realtor doesn’t talk and you have no clue what the walls are made of or sizes and so on so it’s good that he’s telling us things we need to know.
