Other people don’t explain as well as you do and with you walking around the house, I really get the feel of how the houses are layout. Don’t even need to see the layout of the house.

I love those mirror panels in the office. They're perfect for my gallery foyer. Has anyone seen them online? I've seen a few cheap looking small ones with plastic frames. I almost purchased a few to have framed together.
This is a beautiful home for empty nesters. It's too small for families. Although if the MIL was turned into a teen room, the home may suffice.
Also...... never use high gloss tile in the shower. They show every water spot. If you're like me, the thousands of spots will drive you nut. Although, you'll easily see where the housekeeper didn't clean. After just a year the master bath was remodeled again just because of my poor choice in high gloss tiles.

I would have added an extra wall of shelves in the pantry so all 3 walls would have them. There was another house you showed that had a stackable washer and dryer in the casita it would have been nice to see this one have that same option. Other than that the house is beautiful.

I live in Florida and not even in the market for a home, but I really like watching your videos and how you take the time to explain details of the build, the builder info and etc. Keep up the excellent work.On a side note, In my opinion, I think you should scout for paid sponsorship from the builders, electricians, AC and appliance companies, for promoting their product (that's if you haven't already done so). Why? Because.....This is the new way of shopping (social media previewing) which saves time and gas....and I am sure your videos have increased the builders clientele.

Overall this is a very nice design. I'd change a few things but I like the layout. You say it's more bang for the buck and I'll have to rely on your experience and expertise. I plan on moving to Vegas sometime within the next year so I definitely need your help in educating myself on what's a good deal and what's not. I'd like the casita but I would consider using the space for a formal living room instead. Or, I'd use the office room as a small formal living room. Finally, a house where I could have my formal dining and formal living room for my fancy grown up parties.
