I made this last night. I subbed out the pistachio (cuz I didn’t have any and they’re expensive) for cashews. And I didn’t make the crunchy top. But I got fresh basil and fresh salmon and it was incredible!!! Mouth watering just gorgeous as you say. My fiancé and I will definitely be keeping this in rotation! I’m even thinking of making it for his mom on Mother’s Day! Thank you Pasta Queen 🙏🏼 ❤

I’ve been doing this for years but I leave the salmon fillets whole and put a little bit of pesto on top of them and broil for 1-2 min then serve over the pasta with creamy pesto sauce. 🤷🏼♀️
