These all looked great! But if I told my husband, this is dinner, all I'd hear is where's the meat? Really fun!
I have to try all 3 dips because I live alone and snack more than make full course meals. Especially in the summer.
Love making the veggie pizza dip and spreading it on tortillas and adding some shredded chicken or thin sliced deli ham and rolling and slicing into pinwheels.

Folding is done so your cream or eggs don't deflate and / or if you are incorporating fruit .. it doesn't get crushed. It maintains its volume. ❤🎉. I absolutely love watching Y'all ❤❤. The recipes and commentaries are also good and entertaining. TY 😊

What you said you thought "folding" was was pretty spot on. Basically you don't want to over mix... you are aiming for a fluffy consistency. I'm the opposite. I'm more confident baking. And gotta say, y'alls dancing at the end... you guys know how to make me giggle! So silly! 😂
Here in Australia my Family call the Spatula the Meanie because after you have scraped the bowl there is nothing left to eat with a spoon like cake batter. Thats why we call it the Meanie xx

The first veggie dip makes a great wrap with tortilla shells. You spread the dip on the shells, roll them up, and slice them. Perfect for picnics, appetizer, or lunches.
So delicious and a kitty guest shot too. Great ideas for Summer. 4th of July BBQ sides. Now I need a party.

Hi Mandy, try this dip it’s easy a really good. One block of cream cheese, (don’t tell Steven) to a bowl that is microwave safe heat just until it is soft then pour a small jar of your favorite salsa over it and enjoy!
My husband made all three dips today while I was at work. ABSOLUTELY 💯 DELISH

For folks that like the avocado one, Tx caviar is also really good , refreshing for summer , it’s great for bbq parties, Friday night movie night , eating lite at supper , it’s good any time , I’m going to try the others as well , I think I would love that veggie one

I am going to have to try that last dip really soon. I honestly believe that you can be better at baking than you think! That’s coming from someone who used to only bake from a box mix. Now, I have homemade strawberry rolls rising, and I just adapted my cinnamon roll recipe to make them. I call myself a rebel baker, because I never follow recipes exactly now.

Mandy I made all three! We loved them all. My husband doesn't like peppers or cauliflower. I used carrots, broccoli, and spinach in the veggie pizza dip. It was awesome. Thank you! Love your videos and recipes.

I absolutely love your channel. I have tried many of your recipes and they are all delish! One thing I have to say….it hurts my heart when you use garlic from a jar. I use a food processor to Minch a lot of garlic, add a bit of olive oil to coat, freeze in ice cube trays, then store in a freezer bag. It is a little bit of work, but your future self will thank you for it. ❤️

I remember first time I heard fold in .... I thought are we doing laundry now? Just fold over from bottom gently, not to deflate...lol and patience 😊
The cool veggie pizza from pampered Chef is what I thought of right away. I was introduced to that 25 to 30 years ago and still really like that in the summertime.

When whipping heaving cream, I like to place the mixing bowl in the freezer to get it cold because I find it helps the heavy cream to whip up better. I might try doing that with the whisk attachment as well next time, now that I think about it.
When folding stuff into something like whipped cream or egg whites, take about a 1/4 of the whipped cream and just mix it into the other stuff first, that way you help to lighten and air it up. The just dump it into the whipped cream or egg whites and go down the middle of the bowl and fold and rotate the bowl as you go, that way you do not completely deflate any air that you have whipped into it.

I just made the avocado and feta dip and seriously I could sit and eat the whole bowl in one sitting. It is so dang good! I used parsley, not cilantro. Yep, I love love it.

I had family in town and we made all three of these recipes, the Avocado recipe we made 2 batch’s. The vege dip I added cucumbers and green peppers to the recipe and it was delicious. I’m using the leftovers on a toasted bagel.

Mandy... hear me out lol. Use cool whip instead of cream (because it may become runny as it sets for a day or two because the cream will "deflate") and put it in a premade graham cracker crust to make a "whipped key lime pie" ! 💚🥰
