Easter Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 finely chopped onion
2 cups Colby jack cheese
26 ounce bag hashbrowns
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
Cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray. In large bowl, add cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix well. Add garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Add onion, Colby jack cheese and hashbrowns. Mix thoroughly to incorporate all ingredients. Put in greased casserole dish making sure to is spread evenly. Top with sharp cheddar cheese evenly. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
