- The perfect cardio abs routine! Join me in this 15 minute jump rope abs session! If you don't have a jump rope you can just pretend, but using a jump rope will add to the coordination aspect of this routine!

Phew! What an amazing workout. I loved this workout and I'm hoping you do more of these in the future. The way it was sectioned, didn't even realise how 15 minutes flew by ( really felt that last round of abs + jump rope though). Did this as a leg - day finisher and I was absolutely DONE lol 😅❤️

more jump rope please!!!! this level of abs was also great and i was able to follow along completely, most of the time i struggle to even do a few reps in correct form as usually it’s too hard but this was great, going to do this a couple of times a week can’t wait to see my ab strength improve💞

I wasn’t sure how much I’d like a jump rope workout, but this was great! I liked the mix of abs and cardio. It gave a good break from each and the way it was segmented made the work out go by quickly!

After seeing you post a jump rope work out, I had to do it. I loved it so much, I turned on some music yesterday, went outside and jump roped for 15 minutes !! I had the time of my life. Such an incredible workout !! But today my ankles are paying the price. 😂😂
Makes me think of what you say during your “Dancer Leg” sessions… we’re going to strengthen all those little muscles in your feet and ankles. 🤣 wish I would have taken that more seriously 😅😂
