You aren't alone, and you're not crazy lol, I knew the second I heard it that I knew some part of it from somewhere else.
It is the escapists lockdown music, specifically the high pitched long notes that kind of warble in pitch as they play in the background throughout both tracks. I've no idea if that part of some royalty-free music mixing catalogue, or just a coincidence. It's a really unsettling sound (in a good way), and to be honest when it's used in the Escapists music it makes the lockdown way more intense than the gameplay actually is.
A month late, but now you all know. I only went to this video to make sure I wasn't the only one who noticed lol
