- Yanmega with Speed Boost and the Throat Spray item can Boost its Special Attack and Speed in one turn when using Bug Buzz, allowing it to start sweeping with ease! Orthworm was great for this team because it was able to use Shed Tail to provide a Substitute for set up Pokemon!

I kinda don’t see what’s the point on putting more speed on yanmega if it already gets speed from its ability, you already have 2 free turns of speed from substitute from shed tail, and protect
What Pokemon do you think should've had a different Type? Yanmega should definitely have been a Dragon Type!

It absolutely broke my heart to find out Yanmega wasn't in Scarlet/Violet's main game (since Yanmega is my 3rd favorite Pokemon). Especially since there is an entire swamp area which would've been great for it to be in. There's still a good chance it may return once home coverage releases, and if it somehow doesn't make the cut I'll just give up on the game 😂
Yea, Yanmega is my fave and it definitely seems to get the short end of the stick with being added into games lol
@@Dubious_NZ Agreed. Although I do think they did one good by adding it as a static alpha spawn in Arceus, and because there's a mark for pokemon that were previously alpha we have a relatively high chance for it to return with the Home update.

i use yanmega on my team because its one of my fave pokemon. i use the throat spray bug buzz speed boost set up as well. yanmega can hit hard but it dies so easily.

Huh?
That sounds like a bug you might want to bring to someone's attention. Regenerator is the only ability that form of Tornadus can have, and it is plenty capable of having both of those moves.
