This was the only video that hleped me install it. My desk is very rinky it's not sturdy... I'm having trouble adjusting the montiros the way you showed in the video.. can you help?
Yes, the arms are adjustable, you can lower them, but they can’t go higher than a certain point, basically as high as the right monitor is in the video.

how do i lower the arms mine wont come down
You have to loosen the arms at the pivot points with the provided tool if they are hard to adjust
@@tekgamerworldthe tool as in the allen keys? For some reason my upper arms still won’t move up and down at the pivot points not sure why
