Hi, thanks for all these clear answer and questions. I'm An OB nurse with 18 years experience in Canada, willing to move to USA . So far, I guess more than 90% of questions right. But I get very anxious in my tests 😅. Wish me luck for my NCLEX exam. 😊

YES! Polypharmacy is a common issue at EOL. Substitute with SL morphine/Ativan or start a SQ line! Thanks for covering this content.
