Thank you Dr. Sharon and mark. I listen to your videos for over a month. And I passed my nclex this past sat. Officially license RN in Pennsylvania. I wanted to let others know I did fail my nclex 2x but never gave up. I believed inmyself I can do this and so I did. I used mark klimexs advice on using your fundamental knowledge and Dr. Sharon's key points on priorization to help me pass. Thank you both again!!

These videos are SO SO helpful Dr. Sharon. I really appreciate your reviews more than others because you truly go through the questions as if YOU were the student and you breakdown how we should be thinking when we see these types of questions and not just focusing on the correct answers. I also just love the fact that you put focus on providing questions in these videos and not just straight content. I take my test on May 3rd and I know that I will be recalling things I have learned from your videos throughout the test. THANK YOU!

The question with the 88 year old confused me a little because although it was symptoms of flu i still looked at it as possible and working in a clinic we test for flu and if positive then the patient would get a prescription for Tamiflu . Im so glad I am looking at these videos. So helpful!!

Hi Dr. Sharon I just wanna say thank you so much for what you do!! I was getting Low and Borderline scores on Archer and I felt like it didn’t work for me + it was bringing my confidence down so I dropped archer and I found you. You and Mark K helped me understand the material and how to be a better test taker.
Happy to say, I just passed my NCLEX first try!!! Even thought I didn’t know what was going on 90% of the time in my exam, I used your train of thoughts and I couldn’t have done it without your help. Thank you so much

Just say “I haven’t passed yet.” Don’t take it as a failure but see it as a learning opportunity. There is a lot of power in “Yet”;you are telling yourself that you will get there and that you will get there and that your eyes and heart are fixed on your goal.

I am a little confused by the wording in the question with the pt with the AAA. I was torn by the HTN and the PAC's. But the term "frequent PVC's" made me even more torn between it and HTN. As your recent lectures mentioned that typically are only concerned about PVC's if they are 6+ a min. Which to me, means frequent. Clarify please?

Ok at 16:06 I'm confused as to why Oseltamivir would be the right answer, seems like it should be Guaifenesin. Going by your rationales throughout this video: acetaminophen for muscle aches is a subjective non-physiologically threatening symptom. Flu vaccine takes a while to take effect and there's no reason to do it right now. The question doesn't state the patient definitively has the flu, and even if they did Oseltamivir would not provide any immediate physiological benefit. Guaifenesin however would provide immediate physical benefit as a decongestant and the cough and runny nose are objective symptoms.
