sorry man, I am a bit busy these days, and I am really bad at explaining or teaching stuff as well, if you a beginner I think you can try to learn all of the basics of art first which is you can find a lot of videos on UA-cam that you can learn from,
you got it wrong, I didn't draw outside the canvas, I just filled the entire page with Black color and then I just cut a block in it to draw on top of it, that's why it looks like I drawing outside the canvas xD
most of my anatomy knowledge is learned from Proko, and one more thing is I learned from references of real-life people like those body builder picture you can find a lot of them on Pinterest

yes it's taken around 3 to 4 days for most of my artwork if we don't include those NSFW versions of the artwork xD
