Going out this weekend. Did some modifications to the Bergen pack I think you'd enjoy. Added the sere pouches to the sides above the two factory pouches. Added a bandicoot pouch above the middle pouch. Added a compass pouch and pads to the shoulder straps. Finally, took the lumbar belt off a kelty coyote and stitched it into the factory waistbelt. It's like a really classy looking alice pack hellcat mod.
This video would be amazing if he hadn't used a fisheye camera. Distortion destroys the landscape.
Hello my friend. That looks like a great time and that food looks like it will put some fire in ya Belly. Great stuff brother. 🌱✊🌱
Look at the colour of those chanterelles hard to miss those!
Thank you for taking the time to film this. Without a word, I learn so much.
Wow my friend you have done it again. That Jerk Chicken looked spot on indeed. Nice find on the bow for your drill and all those mushrooms. If you have the time i have question or 2...One is about your tea.
Loving the video content! Very educational and also gives of really relaxing vibes! just a small feedback. the Intro Drums are rather loud! Stay safe and looking forward to the next video! Thank you!
Smoothin' it! Right on!
Love the videos, so much that I let the full ad play threw $ haha. keep up the good work!!!
More and More I'm thinking that a walking stick or trekking poles are underrated. Many uses besides keeping a person upright.
Absolutely inspiring!
What a great outing you had. I am glad to see your block and bow skills it is always best to know all the primitive ways to make a fire and practice them as you may not always have access to a more modern way.
Top notch!
Bow drill fire starting was never on my bucket list, but I'm starting to think I should try it at least once haha. Great work as always! The fam and I were watching your previous episode while we were sitting at a backyard campfire. They are now fans as well!
Man not sure which is better the food or your cooking skills, kinda reminds me of Nagualero but healthy cooking 😋✌️💚✊🔥
Did bow drill last weekend. Whole thing shit the bed. Will try again soon.
Very nice my friend, Very nice 🤠
I've been watching your channel for a week now and I'm very impressed with your channel. I love watching you using traditional methods and tools when you work on your little projects and watching you make some delicious meals 😋. It seems you eat better out in the woods than I do at home😅,lol. I hope you don't mind me asking but, I'm very curious about your location where you go into the forest. What state, county and national forest do you go to. Don't worry I won't try to steal your haunts practicing bushcrafting, lol. The other question I have is, are you originally from Jamaica?
Another home run brother!
Even without a hammock, the diamond pitch tarp has much to recommend it. It's very quick and easy to set and if you lower one end close to the ground and put that end to the wind (or quarter to it so your campfire smoke is carried away from you) you will have very good protection from wind and rain. The tarp has always been my favorite camping shelter.
