Just wanted to say, I watched this video it was incredible. I got so excited about getting back into the pool and go through the drills. Found your app on the play store,, and purchased it. I'm gonna finally have a structure for my swim practices. I'm super excited. Thanks for building such great content and app. ❤
Thanks for video👍 As a crawl beginner, in breastsroke it was hard for me: 1) to keep legs close to each other within all moves. No frog wide legs. 2) to separate arm pull, from legs pull. Legs tend to start at phase of arm pull, but legs shall wait straight till arm pull will be completed and head submerged. 3) feet jump out of water. should find balance to be streamlined and not to let your feet jump out.
Hey u posted for breast stroke...i msgd u guys yesterday for this...😊thank u thank u...well now i understand i have to let go of my kickboard n really do my hands or else m comming to hault after the first 3 kicks ....need to learn to breath in well n hands only then will b able to swim.... but thanks a lot i have learnt to come to surface well ....
Amazing ccntent with detail. Thank you so much. I wish I could be advanced swiming. How can I know which level I am. Where to get certificate. I would love to come to learn more tecniques from you. How much for 1 week, just to have experience learning to swim with you.
Damn thats fast. Im 13F and I started swimming competitively last year. My main stroke is back and my timing for that is 42s, my timing for fly is 49s, for breastroke my timing is 50s and my timing for free is 37s
Sir please brief me I'm 65 year old and after swimming 60+ meter breathing rhythms gets disturb.... How to improve my speed in brest stroke is approx 35 sec for 25 mtrs and remain it for 100/150 mtr. To improve I'm practicing but rythem is to be improved.
Hi... this week-end I have an important gala because it is in the national qualifying window. I entered 200m breast (long course) because I didn't really do a good swim on it at counties since I went out to slow. My coach told me to go out fast but then I just die on the second 100. Maybe you have some advice / tips that I don't know?? 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Ok I am an old swimmer- 63. I can’t get used to submerging my head so much….back in the day that would be a reason for being disqualified. Why the change and how do you really make your head go so deep?
Hi Julie! In 1987, the rule changed so that swimmers no longer needed to keep their heads above the water. It's to focus on streamlining through the water, which is the speediest position in swimming.
And I have found that the streamline techniques help alleviate the neck strain that can occur with the old form. Now if I can get over the feeling of “uh oh- i am gonna get called out on my head going under!”
Loved this video. Struggled with the timing forever, but now it seems so easy

Glad you enjoyed it! Please let us know if you ever have any questions or suggestions about the app at support@myswimpro.com and happy swimming :)
Wow, the timing on these clips is absolutely amazing. It's almost like they were planned, but we all know that's impossible. Truly perfect timing
Thanks for video👍

"Don't rush the stroke." We could all use that advice.
Is it natural to get sink a bit after the pullout? Or is it just cause of my wrong technique?
Thank u
the timing is so hard for me. i try to start my kick as late as possible after the pull but i still think it's too early
