I am newly pregnant with my second baby and I am trying to make smarter and healthier choices this time. I have been taking 3 of the Magnesium Complex (1 in the am and 2 in the pm) for a couple months now but I am curious if I need to have more or less now that I am pregnant? I have to ask because I use to drink the seltzer waters non stop including water loo and thought it was helping to get my water intake up as I did not enjoy plain water but a heath care provider told me that the sparkling waters are actually dehydrating because of the carbonation and actually are the opposite of hydrating. He said you should never have more then one or two a day if that. I stopped drinking them completely after that but I'm curious of your thoughts?

I would start slowly with one at a time and see how you feel. From there, check with your healthcare provider and begin adding the others.
