I did amateur boxing in my teens and both the training and the fighting were unbelievably exhausting, even for a teenager. These big but out of shape guys are used to street fights that last about 5 seconds, or bullying smaller, untrained guys into curling up into a ball. Different story with someone who trains and practices, even if they're just average within their chosen discipline. Nobody with zero technique and very poor stamina should be getting in the ring with a fit, well-trained fighter, regardless of the martial art being used. But let's not tell the bullies that. ;)

My first strikes were groin kicks. When they went down, my second strikes were hard toed boot kicks to the foreheads if I could get a good shot. Or shots to the Adam's Apple . . .
