Omggg I’ve never heard the full version of this song before!! This was incredible!!! I love the spy sound you went with and all the instruments you chose were perfect for it! The stylophone and bass flute parts were my favorite!! 💗
This is beautiful. Brought tears to my eyes 🥲
What a cool cover! The spy vibes were a genius move
dude your covers are amazing, better mix than the originals, i feel like i'm "bubbled" in the music, separation is amazing, what an amazing job you truly know what you are doing
Luke, me play 12 instruments and you inspire me to continue the long music way. And congratulations for this INCREDIBLE video🎉
That's awesome keep up the great work!
@@InstrumentManiacTHANK YOU SO MUCH LUKE 🥹🫡👌
1:31 I WAS WAITING FOR THOSE CHORDS WITH BATED BREATH!
0:09 I came to finally see what that was after 20 frickin years. I thought it was a spoon in a wineglass
Michael Hunter is and will always be my favorite GTA Composer. his themes really put you in the atmosphere of the game.
I see how it’s different but this is the exact vibe I remember from the game you nailed the composition
your music is impeccable as always, but your filming and especially your work with lighting really shines through on this video ! Simple but elegant
that bass flute playing was a slick addition. the dramatic phase in the middle was also fantastic. great work, luke :)
If HBO ever made a San Andreas series, that part would definitely be in the theme music.
"After five years on the East Coast, it was time to go home..."
(Phone ringing)
"Sup?"
"Carl, it's Sweet."
"Whassup, Sweet, what you want?"
"It's Momma... she's dead, bro."
That was absolutely spot on, you came back from the hood and brought nostalgia with you.
I never finished this game tho, I stopped after I completed the RC plane mission.
You gotta go back and finish it, even if you just drive round Los Santos melting all the Opp’s til the whole city is Green for Grove St
This was incredible! The timing of the switching between instruments was visually and auditorially magnific.
Never played GTA, listened to its music or watched any gameplay, but so many people know this theme to the point its iconic. If i were to guess what instruments youll be using, id say the flexatone, its in the thumbnail, theremin, one of the 3 basses or the contrabass clarinet, some Bell instrument, and of course the basic percussion instruments (snare, hi-hat, etc) this Theme is something id never expect from you, but its always nice zu see new game themes from you. But please dont stop making undertale and deltarune themes, theyre the favourites of alot of people. Cant wait for the next themes!
never gets boring. always a masterpiece.
This is seriously one of the best videos I've ever seen on this site, and I don't mean that lightly.
Luke I can imagine you wearing all black with sunglasses for this cover ngl🕶🎵🔥
👀
I logged hours on San Andreas but I remain in belief that: Grand Theft Auto III and Vice City are slept on. They introduced what we know and love about GTA. That will be all for this TED Talk. Nice work on the theme! 😅👍🏼
This is the best version of the piece I've ever found on the Internet.
Best GTA theme ever. Best Game theme of all time. Fight me!
Best gta game
The strings and horns swelling at 3:21 are what hit me hard. All those memories I had at high school playing San Andreas had flooded in so violently I felt I am definitely missing the good old days where all I had to worry was homework and the excitement for the weekend to come in!
I am sooooo looking forward to having you do Grand Theft Auto 4 next! But now that I found this channel, I'm subbing and binging your other covers too! Amazing, my dude! Cheers and more power!
This video is a masterpiece, not just the music but the filming and editing. Wow
That Rickenbacker sounds epic man, awesome job!
The fact that you have THE instrument is amazing. This cover is so cool man, like, everything sounds epic
This whole vid is insane. Not only are you an amazing musician, but the lighting and filming is jaw dropping. Well done ❤️👏🏼
The stylophone amazingly gave the feeling
