back in april 2008 there was no PC in the world that could actually play this, so it loading for 10 min was normal

@@DMISTERNOOB I replaced my old hdd from 2004 with a brand new samsung ssd and there really was a difference
@@ori.g4mi The laptop I had in 2014 only had intel graphics, so without installing a mod, it would load indefinitely without the "loading " text

Agree. While GTA V loading screen theme is a lot longer (even though it is very downgraded compared to this masterpiece).

GTA IV is incredible i played it at the time of its release and the graphics were out of this world for the time, rockstar always 10 steps ahead of everyone, it's not my favorite GTA however, but this theme is the best of all, looking forward to seeing what 6 will be like
