The one liners in this are just.... *chefs kiss*
One of the best parts of this movie is when Ash is fighting his evil self. Evil Ash calls him "Little goody two-shoes" to which Ash retorts "Good. Bad. I'm the guy with the gun." XD It just made me howl with laughter. And how could I forget the part following that when Ash is burying the head of Evil Ash. Ash says, "You got something on your face..." Evil Ash looks confused as if to ask "Where??" and of course Ash throws more dirt on to the severed head. LMFAO Damn I wish they made more movies like this!
This movie is pure jokes, it's almost monty python style.
It shouldn't work but it does, I finally appreciate it after years of not being too sure.
Also for those who haven't watched the Ash vs Evil Dead TV show... I thoroughly recommend it..
In the directors cut, after throwing the dirt on Evil Ash, Ash say's "See how that works" I wish that line would of made the theatrical cut

As a kid I was fully prepared to witness another horror and was clutching my pillow to hide behind in case something scary happens (I was 6 or 7 at the time, don't judge and my older members of the family watched this) - I ended up laughing my ass off like I never did in my life at the time!

Never watched the movie but I remember being obssesed with the mobile game on it.
One of the few movies to have good video game adaptations, because they stuck to the spirit of the movies and the characters.
Also the Xbox game was great, and I haven't yet had time to play the new one that came out in the last few years, but I'll get to it eventually.

I like the clever reinterpretations of 'Sad But True' and 'Holier Than Thou' by Metallica off the Black album.
Love the bootleg Metallica and Motley Crue in the background. It's like the equivalent of Doom music for movies.
To this day I still don't know if it's ment to be a comedy or a horror movie.

Sorry not about Army Of Darkness but knowing the first Jurassic Park movie came out this year, I realized how revolutionary that movie was/is.

It's an American horror comedy film directed, co-written and co-edited by Sam Raimi, co-produced by Robert Tapert & Bruce Campbell & co-written by Ivan Raimi. Starring Campbell and Embeth Davidtz, it is the 3rd installment in the Evil Dead franchise, & a sequel to Evil Dead II, & follows Ash Williams (Campbell) as he is trapped in the Middle Ages & battles the undead in his quest to return to the present.
