Was an immediate fan when The Load Out was first released in 1977. Still grabs my soul after all these years. My sincerest thanks to all the crew members who worked so hard to get stages set up, torn down, and moved to the next venue so we could see our idols and relish in their passionate melodies. The crews' hard work and dedication to the musicians will always be truly appreciated by me. My sincerest thanks and respect to the crews who allowed us to share in the music of legends.
Years ago my girlfriend won tickets from our local radio station. Saw him at the Peoria Civic Center Theater. Was just him, a keyboard & probably 10 acoustic guitars. He apologized for a bit of a stuffy nose, "a little cocaine" he said. I & the rest of the crowd roared. It was awesome!
Saw his amazing Tanglewood Performance in the Berkshires in August…what a singer/songwriter who hasn’t lost a bit of his emotional power and voice over the 47 years I’ve been following him! Yes, he will “stay” in our hearts forever, even “after the deluge”. ♥️🌹♥️
My absolute favorite song of all time! What a great performance! I told my family I want this and running on empty played at my funeral - over and over again!!😊🎉
I’ve been a fan since the early 70s and have seen him live many times. I also bought the original Maurice Williams and the Zodiacs single when it came out in 1960 when I was still at school. Still play it today.
I fell " in love " with Jackson Browne, and his music, the very first time I ever heard him sing. I've been lucky enough to see him several times over the years. I always bought t-shirts, jackets, or what ever was available at the concerts, plus my daughter gives me something for Christmas that has to do with Jackson Browne. So, I have throws, a picture when he made the cover of " The Rolling Stone, " albums, concert tickets, etc. He's precious, with a humble heart and soul ❤
Saw him last year at Red Rocks with my daughter and then this June In Omaha, Ne. Ive seen him like 20 times, always better and better. Been listening to him for 50 years. Thanks Jackson for all the great songs and memories. Named my dog Jackson:)
Have to admit Running on Empty was my favorite album when I was 17 years old. I blasted Stay on the phonograph back at my Aunts cottage on a lake in Northern Ontario. ✌️. Someday I will try and see you in Northern California 😊
I would have done anything to see Jackson Browne in the 70s with David Lindley in the band. With Greg Leisz I couldn't be bothered. Lindley made Browne.

One of the most comforting voices in history.

I believe I'd cry if I ever have the pleasure and privilege of seeing him sing in-person. All-time favorite.
He is touring in the States this summer!,

Absolutely the BEST EVER concert I’ve attended. TCU hosted the performance of a lifetime. What a treasured memory. Thank the Lord.

The original rendition of this is part of my funeral playlist. Has been since 7 years. Not mournful but celebrating having kicked AML Cancer's ass.
those OPENING notes.....my favorite song of his! THANK YOU!

Saw him about 45 years ago. Still works.
Those were the days with Rosemary Butler belting out backing vocals and David Lindley jamming with Jackson.
Oh it makes me SO happy to hear this! I had no idea he is still touring. Hope to see him 2024! OH MY
Recently saw Jackson with this band in Nashville, Indiana 6/19/23. Amazing concert!

Who was playin bass?
Wife of the steel guitar player. I’ll have to google her name. Very good!
"still have richard prior ON video" LOL
disappointed they don't have disco anymore though.

you're missing out... Greg is amazing...
@@KevinLKitchensI have a question, who is the original writer for Stay song it is Maurice Williams & the Zodiac or Jackson Browne?

I've seen him twice each with David and Greg. Both were superb interpreters of Jackson's music.@@KevinLKitchens
Don't follow, Greg is superb
At 4:40, I guess "disco" doesn't rate anymore....
LOAD OUT ? dID i MISS IT? lOAD IUT MEANS LOADING THE tRUCKS ....
일렉기타가 장난 차는기냐
Sorry, I luv ya Jackson but this doesn't come close to your original version. Without Rosemary Butler and David it just sounds very dead..
Guess you had to be there. Was still Amazing.
Not the best sound here. Like hearing him and the piano thru some kind of steel pipe? No "Presence".
Your speakers must be bad or your mixer out of whack. Sound is pretty good on the video.
Not even close to the performance on the album. Zero passion.
Not sure what you’re watching
Un espanto.
Mejor escuchar la version de aquella época que este horror
