That’s a beautiful bag!! I want one 🤩♥️. I think you can also add is a receipt booklet in case you do any General Notary work. I believe you need to provide the clients with a receipt. Also a clean pair of socks in case home owners want you to take off your shoes before entering their house and a lint brush to clean off animal hair. Otherwise great suggestions. P.S. That’s a great LSS / NNA booklet your ambassador made for you guys.

Instead of socks, I got a zillion disposable shoe covers from Amazon. You can either wear them over your shoes or if they still insist you take your shoes off, you can put them on your shoeless feet! Also fingertip moistener and a fingerprint pad if your state requires it. I love the briefcase, but if it’s a really busy day, it won’t be deep enough for several double sets of docs. I have a case that’s probably about the same size as Kayla’s, and I ended up replacing it with a locking case on wheels that’s deep enough for many sets of docs. It’s also good for extra security of your stamp. First, I have a locking cover for the stamp itself. But now I also have the locking case. This is great if I’m at a signing or at a title office and I must use the restroom. I can just lock my case and know that my case, my journal, and any other sets of docs are completely secured.

Those acknowledgements and jurats look like the forms from the NNA! I always carry extras. I find I use them more for GNW than loan signings personally.

Hi I am a Florida notary and I have my first loan mod signing tomorrow and the notarial act is written with Maryland state verbiage and since its not the same i was going to attach a florida acknowledgment instead however i asked the SS and they said to cross out and initial Maryland and put Florida . What would you do? since i dont think is legal to notarize another verbiage?
Just became a notary and studying to become an LSA (SS Mark Wills) and am looking for the paperwork you showed of the different type of notarial acts (Jurant/ Acknowledgment/ etc) wording and if there is one with the required numbered steps on the back. My plan is to be a Notary, then a mobile Notary then an LSA. I want to know all of it. Do you have any contact info?

It’s basically nail polish in a sticker form and they last SO long! Cheaper than a manicure and looks just as good.
