this is more for practicing audio narration or just a general practice that is good for (games, animations) because you're just reading but for the other practices you'd be acting?

I'm here as a young writer, my parents are the only ones reading my work so far, and they have mentioned to me they could read my works faster if it was an audiobook since they have a lot of work- and my idea was to actually do that myself. I don't plan giving characters their own specific voice modulation, i just want to make sure I can act and actually be able to read some phrases since I have mild dyslexia and often use fonts that make it hard to distinguish between a lower case 'l' and upper case 'I' thanks for the help !

Darren I guess I would improve on voice over acting if I practiced over and over again 😊 Practice makes perfect ☺

I’m just here as someone who’s wanting to learn about voice acting to do it as a hobby, as I’ve always been very fascinated by and in tune with music, sound, and voices. Interestingly, I’ve thought of doing this, but you’ve perfected the idea here, of course. Thank you!

Recording voice overs for shorts now and this helped a ton. Thanks!

I listened back to every single student radio show I did. Then every community radio show I did. I didn’t list, but I knew what was good and what wasn’t and went back in correcting it. Just like this. It’s been years now since I did any radio, but I think you should never stop listening to yourself.
